今日經過灣仔小巷內見到呢間好chill既西式cafe,見到個環境好似好舒服就去試試.入到去估唔到佢唔止係一間cafe咁簡單,原來佢地係一間南非特色小食Biltong既專賣店.Fresh cut Biltong平時對於西式煙燻肉既concept都只限於西班牙火腿,但原來仲有一種叫Biltong既風乾肉類.Biltong係源自南非既特色小食,將新鮮raw既肉類醃好過經過風乾可以食用.Biltong感覺比較似係肉乾,本身都怕佢口感好柴身,但入口比預其中帶點濕潤感得黎有帶點脂肪油香.口感煙煙韌韌又充滿嚼勁,味道smoky帶鹹香得黎又唔會過份鹹膩.Biltong除左片裝外亦有香腸版,香腸版更chewy.店內亦有好多唔同款色及口味既Biltong可以買,亦有小包裝可以先買返屋企淺嚐先,好適合做送酒小食或一邊係屋企睇戲一邊當小食咁食.Peri Peri Warp 內裏以Peri peri sauce, mayo,lettuce,salsa 同tortilla wrap再配搭自選3款肉類製成.今次我就揀左以雞肉peri peri warp既內餡.以火紅色既tortilla wrap包住沾上由南非既辣椒

好味指數😋😋😋😋回頭指數 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️開心指數🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗呢段時期嘅香港，有時候都唔知自己睇緊新聞定係肥皂劇，只知道仍有機會外出食飯，都想搵個地方鬆一鬆 relax 吓！響灣仔呢個咁繁忙嘅地方，見到呢間轉角小店，感覺好 relax，望下個店名，當中一個字 Biltong 完全唔知係咩，好奇心下決定入去試下！見到店內有個櫃，掛住一條條嘅肉，就係 Biltong! 八卦問下其實係咩？原來係一種來自南非醃製嘅生肉乾，聽都未聽過決定試下！🍴Chili beef ($72.5/100g)冇乜概念100g係幾多，就叫咗150g，因為自己鍾意食辣，就試下 Chili 味！佢哋就由個櫃度攞條肉出嚟 fresh cut！到攞出嚟時，我嚇一嚇，原來都幾多 wor，成個 presentation 好靚！佢有一D 係帶少少肥，有D就好瘦嘅！嗅落去係有一種西式臘肉味，咬落係比較硬身嘅肉乾類，唔係入口即化類別，鹹鹹香香帶輕微辣味，肥嘅部分就真係好似臘肉味，我自己好鍾意食臘肉嘅鹹香味同埋 cold cut 嘅，所以覺得好好味，送啤酒應該好正！當然如果你唔太鍾意呢類食物嘅人就真係未必啱口味啦！一連食咗好多舊，就決定打包返屋
