The appearance is quite gdThere are full of blueberry jam cover on the top of the cakesmooth mousse....but i wanna say it's not really special at all...maybe there are lots of cake shop instead of it

部門同事為我同另一位同事慶祝生日,買左COVA最新推出既香橙朱古力蛋糕,令人十分驚喜!蛋糕好好味,獲得一致好評!雖然外賣係一個普通啡色損蛋糕,但係原來好有內餡,底部係一朱古力蛋糕,唔係十分鬆軟,但係幾有口感,有朱古力味又太甜,蛋糕上係一層脆米,呢層十分十分好味,食落感覺似金莎朱古力外層,跟住上面果層又係好吸引,係朱古大mousse夾住一層橙味mousse,橙味好香呀,朱古力又係唔會太甜果隻,而且非常幼滑,總之成個配搭都好好,而家有好多種唔同層次唔同口感,好似食一個蛋糕可以食到好多野咁,真係好好味呢!如果唔係怕肥,真係想食多件呀!面頭既士多啤梨都好大粒,亦都好好味架!係一片片既白朱古力片甜得滯囉!

mom shopped at pp few days ago, she bought a dozen of cakes and shared with me today. she told me this piece of cake is good n she liked that piece of white chocolate on top of the cake very much! i cant remember what kind of favor this cake actually is. but i recognize there are 2 coffee beans on top of the cake. n there are a couple of layer. the top one is tiramisu n the bottom one is sponge cake. the layering of this cake is well done. overall i love this cake n thanks mom!

This is a very pleasant and cozy place indeed. Although it is situated in a bustling shopping mall, the restaurant itself is enveloped by an ambience of tranquility, and one can still obtain a degree of privacy when dining there. The menu isn't at all large, and there's perhaps a certain lack of imagination in the design and presentation of its dishes. Yet, the food, made from the freshest of ingredients, is invariably good. 找到一些相片，就來補寫一下。這是一月尾的食評。和朋友都是甜品愛好者，自然要來Cova吃一下dessert buffet。環境舒適，從天窗透入室內的自然光尤其養眼。因為是商業區的平日，所以人流不多，很寧靜，是hea的好去處。放食物的地方不大，選擇不算多，但勝在款款精緻。架上的cake必有三至四款，cheesecake連帶更換過的就有blueberry和new york cheesecake，又有tiramisu和mango sponge cake，其他甜品如mousse、chocolates和cookies等自然少不了。另外有很多超可愛小盤tarts和pastries~ 鹹點有三文治和pizza。美中不足之處是沒有bread pudding >< 把那盤沒味道的忌廉焗水果換成bread pudding就完美了。餐飲有juice和coffee or tea。一hea就hea了三個小時，和朋友及甜品一起共度的時光總是美好的。

又到年三十晚,同同組的同事黎COVA食團年午餐。西式的「團年飯」,又幾特別。Set menu要左兩個courses加餐飲的,soup of the day係蘑菇湯,我唔岩,所以要salad buffet;主菜有四個選擇,有人揀cod fillet,有人揀牛肉醬意大利麵,我就揀茄醬蟹肉長通粉。自選沙律選擇唔係話太多,但已經好足夠,最正又最好味係有一大碟什菌,有唔同類菇,又大件,我喜歡食菇,所以好岩!另外又有一大碟南瓜,唔知佢用左什麼去撈,令到南瓜好易入口,又淋,都唔錯!仲有煙三文魚,呢個就真係必食喇!巴拿馬火腿都有,但係我唔太好,所以無試。雖然見到有的食評話呢度的食物唔係好得,但係茄醬蟹肉長通粉好味喎!茄醬同蟹肉剛剛好,望落以為唔多,食落就發現好多,再多就會食滯! 茄醬唔酸,反而甜甜地又有少少茄味,蟹肉真係好多,而且係見到一件件肉,唔只係絲架!畢起個汁,可以啖啖肉咁滯,好好味呀!長通粉一般啦,但係的汁同蟹肉已經搭夠咯!睇落唔大碟,但食落好飽,好多,真係好飽,所以食唔茖甜品。呢餐滿足得黎味道又好,good!

咸點得5-6 款甜點連埋曲奇餅10幾款啦, cake 得3-4 個, 仲要冇cheese cake, 無咩特別, 好少野食, 又refill 得好慢, 熱盤得一個盤, 清晒等左成半個鐘先再refill, 全程d cake 都係refill左一轉, 同上次海港城間差得遠啦, 海港城仲有雪糕食tim!! 差唔多成5點先出個blueburry cheese cake, 仲要同上次買走成個的blueburry cheese cake 唔同味, 上次個芝士味好濃, 仲有杰杰地的, 今次呢個完全無芝士味, 又好稀, 好似moose 咁, 我只係諗到2 個原因1. 師傅手勢唔平均, 時好時壞2. tea buffet 將貨就價, 偷工減料cova身為一間都幾出名o既餅店, 又唔係平, 無論邊個原因都唔可以接受, 美心水準都平均, 都唔會因為credit card 有折而個cake 細d啦, 無品!!service 完全唔得, waiter d 眼都唔望人, 又混亂, 都未叫餐\茶就埋單, 無record?

買左個奧地利好出名的sacher朱古力旦糕慶祝太太生日, 個細size旦糕$120, 係cova來講唔算貴, 好濃的朱古力味道, 不過似足歐洲甜品一樣...好甜!!! 食得太多會膩, 嗜甜同喜歡朱古力者可以一試

阿媽同我都鐘意食蛋糕，咁食完ｂｕｒｇｅｒ就上去買餅。買左２件ｂａｋｅｄ　ｃｈｅｅｓｅ　ｃａｋｅ同２件ｔｉｒａｍｉｓｕ。前者較好食，芝士味濃，不過好溜，味道比我想像中冇咁好，比唔上文華。ｔｉｒａｍｉｓｕ質地略濕，太重酒味，唔對胃口，始終都係帝苑好。要讚既就係個盒好靚，店員服務態度唔錯，左選右選都冇嫌我煩。

Came here for its afternoon tea buffet. Though it isn't expensive given that it's Cova (the brand name that is), the choice of food is extremely limited. You basically only get 3~4 types of tiny sandwiches, some common pizzas, some very common fruits, and dessert. The cup of coffee and the service was good, but I think you can get better food choice if you check out other tea buffet, esp. if you're looking for some place quieter.

杯latte麻麻地,service 不錯啦.但塊chestnut cream很好吃!原本正在減肥的我也不能夠停口!仲要再買多D番屋企tim!!

Surprisingly, it wasn't crowded and there was live music too. The selections of antipesti were less than what I remembered. The cake was disappointing.

前幾日來PP買東西，可惜已經賣晒，去其他shop睇又睇唔岩，失落之際去COVA refresh一下．得自己一個人，無要Tea Buffet，叫左個Coppa Tutti Frutti，係一杯有３種味道的sorbetti，with some fruits on top．Mango味香濃，Raspberry味清甜，最底層的是白色的Lime，這個次序真系好perfect因為個Lime係勁酸!但係個感覺好似，當堂醒左!Nice!$78+10%+Tips.

After reading all the food lovers' review about this restaurant, I was a little skeptical in going. But since it's for a birthday celebration, went there tonight nonetheness.The 2 of us ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, and a dessert to share. The appetizers were ok, but the main courses (rib eye and sole in lobster bisque) were good. Recommend for those who either love meat or seafood. We ordered a Pineapple Cream Brulee at the end and it wasn't bad.The area is pretty open, so it seems

孖寶自從愛上了Robuchon後，已什少來COVA，今日和他們來金鐘入貨，行到累，便來了這舊地歇一歇。爸爸的espresso配雲尼那雪糕相當唔錯，先苦後甜的配搭非常正斗，賣$68元，在COVA不為過。我的mango & pistachio gelato($68 for 2 sccops)都幾好，mango galeto香濃柔滑，絕對同Hagen Daaz有得揮；pistachio坊間較罕見，味道一點也不假，但略嫌甜了少許。媽媽試了manager推介的新出燕麥蛋糕，口感粗糙，我不欣賞，索價$72，可用離普來形容。偶然一來嘆tea，感覺亦是不錯。
