Cova Ristorante & Caffe (已結業)

臨近佳節，工作逐漸變得忙碌。人不是機器嘛，工作辛勞要慰勞一下自己。趁著下午茶，和同事到cova買件蛋糕享受下。在云云佳麗中，我們選中了blueberry chesse cake 和 straberry tart。藍莓芝士蛋糕的結構是這樣的，底層是薄薄的曲奇碎，中層是幼滑的cream chesse，頂層是酸酸甜甜的藍莓果醬。三者結合在一起有中和提升的作用，不會感覺太膩太漏。若你喜歡實淨的芝士餅(類近New York cheese cake那種)，這或許不是你杯茶，但我認為各有風味哦！而士多啤莉撻則是那新鮮紅潤的造型吸引我們。批底鬆脆，配上濃溫吉士醬和甜美的士多啤莉，真不錯！可惜，cova的蛋糕不算平民價，件頭亦不大。我們這些打公仔還是偶爾放肆好了！

聽好多人講過,cova嘅'開心果'味雪糕好食,聽左好耐,平日都係因為無人陪我一齊食,所以等到今時今日先食...今日放工同友人經過世貿中心地下間cova,終於都忍唔住買黎食啦!佢放左個雪糕櫃喺門口當眼位,好吸引呢~~不過雪糕口味選擇唔算多,但係我想食嘅都係開心果味,所以選擇少都無影響,有我想試嘅就夠啦!!有三個SIZE,細嘅$38,中嘅$54,大嘅唔記得.....食之前好想買黎食,但到俾$就有D唔捨得,好似有D貴,不過人一世物一世,都係要試下啦!最後買左細嘅開心果味試下~好興奮,終於都食到啦~一路睇住佢'不'雪糕,個心諗住,多啲啦多啲啦~~因為買細杯關係,所以驚佢'不'好細杯.....到手啦~~第一個感覺,好似好快溶WO~~邊邊個D,好快想流落黎咁!!一開始要聞下先,有好香濃nuts味,食落有好滑嘅口感,而且有好特別嘅顏色,係淡淡嘅綠色,唔似一啲加左人做色素嘅感覺咁實色.雖然有D貴,但間唔中食一次都唔錯.都係一種享受,而且出面好少有開心果味雪糕,所以我都會再食~

阿妹生日買左個 COVA Mango mousse cake 俾佢，只因為佢係一個芒果迷。本來一向對 mousse cake有d抗拒(尤其係朱古力mousse!) ，因為好怕又膩又會太甜、食少少都已經好滯既感覺，所以買芒果蛋糕一定會買有一粒粒芒果肉那一種，之但係我係sales熱情既介紹下，最終買左個 Mango mousse cake試下。個蛋糕雖然無一粒粒果肉，但全個蛋糕都有濃濃既芒果味，而且仲好滑添呀，加埋好似餅碎既toppings，真係好好味。唔知點解，食落竟然無我平時好怕既又甜又膩感覺，仲即刻想encore多一件添….. yummy ~。只係因為唔係訂貨，所以無加到個朱古力生日牌俾阿妹，有d美中不足…..

Long ago, I have been hearing from my friends about THE very special ice cream that Cova serves. Apparently it was the BEST and most unforgettable ice-cream that they have tried so far in Hong Kong. I couldn't quite recall what was THE flavour but everything became quite clear as soon as I arrived in Cova. That evening, M had to pick up a cake from Cova in which I enthusiastically asked to join him, mainly because I was interested in witnessing the variety of ice creams and cakes served in Cova.

having several experiences of sweet sweet tea buffet,i was surprisingly fight down by dessert...(just acting to be, haha!)1. hazelnut cookie stickcrunchy,crispy,fresh,excellent to pay for a large pack after the buffet for mom.2. ham and lettuce sandwichdry bread?didn't they throw yesterday's tea buffet food?3. mayo salmon lettuce hot dogi just though that the white lines on top of salmon was my favourite mozzarella cheese,it was mayo,believe me.bun was something tasted like those from "garden".4

是晚的生日局, 高潮位當然是三大個蛋糕同時出現, 真高興, 再一次謝謝會長的安排, 無言感激.Mango Dome: 8分, 之前已吃過這個Mango Dome, 芒果還幾鮮甜, 質感細滑, 是大家最喜歡的一項.Tiramisu: 7分, 嫌酒味不夠香濃, 不過也好, 大肚婆不能吃太重酒精的出品. 芝士味夠香, 不過質感就實了點.Sacher: 6分, 朱古力味不夠濃, 對一眾愛朱古力的朋友來講, 這個實在是不能接受. 味道是比較單薄同埋寡, 是三件蛋糕中清得最慢的一件.Family Size Gelato: 8分, 最後, 大家又到樓下食雪糕解滯. 要了Rum Raisin及Yogurt, 大大盒的家庭裝, 吃得大家相當滿足. Rum Raisin夠香滑, 酒味剛好, Yogurt不是我的心愛, 只吃了幾口, 不過又真係幾酸.謝謝大家給了我相當難忘的一晚.

見今天新聞講起說前排檢出米蘭名店過江龍 COVA, 有一隻味嘅雪糕, 總含菌量超咗標！ 佢早唔出遲唔出, 剛剛琴日 Fleur de Sel Creperie 關咗門嗰時間, 我地就咁啱走咗過黎食. 叫了兩隻味，　一種係 Malaga, 即 Rum and Raisin.另一隻 Lamponi 的就是 Raspberry. 先講啲好嘢! 食完平安無事無肚痛，所以係安全的!　大步檻過但如果說起 Gelati & Sorbetti 黎講,　 真的唔多太好味: - 它的 Raspberry sorbetto, 一味得個糖嘅甜味, 完全好唔得 Natural. 　 質感就更加太冰了, 勁唔似意大利食嗰隻 Sorbetto feel. 諗番起前排都食過同寫過唔少喺 blog!- Rum and Raisin gelato 仲攪笑，食咗幾啖完全察覺唔到有任何 rum 或 raisin 味 !! 朋友後來話, 只有食正佢粒 Raisin 才會有些許冧酒味... 咁攪法, 不如將啲 Rum infused Raisins 當 Toppings 來賣好過啦,

對綠楊村的甜品不盡滿意? 不要緊，我們早有準備，就是樓下COVA的三個不同款的半磅裝蛋糕! 分別由Mango Dome、Tiramisu及Sacher組成的蛋糕陣既繽紛又吸引，別說三位蟹子壽星，一眾甜魔食友也看得樂滿懷，興奮非常! 訂COVA的蛋糕慶祝生日都不是第一次了，除了蛋糕賣相精美討好，生日牌上活潑可人的字句也得人歡心。然而這次職員有點大意，將其中一位壽星的名字串錯了，還好主角沒有介意，反而將之變成另一歡笑位~　為三個蛋糕點上蠟燭，又來一大輪合照時光後，是時間開動了：大家早已熟不拘禮，拿起叉來就向各款蛋糕進攻! 三款之中，最好吃也最受歡迎要數Mango Dome，其質感輕柔有如天使蛋糕，邊吃邊散發出淡淡芒果甜香，令人一口接一口的吃下去；Tiramisu化身為蛋糕後，其軟滑及濕潤度當然不可與「半瞓身」的甜品相比，但面層的mascarpone也有一定香馥度，口味也算討好的；令人期望甚殷的Sacher，這次卻令人頗為失望，不知何解朱古力味濃厚不再，中間也欠缺了微酸果醬的調劑，吃來單調且乾涸，比起往日失色了許多。把三個蛋糕都吞下後，大家的甜胃都已經很飽，但卻仍然落樓繼續幫襯COVA，只是

Me and my dad had some tea today, just to talk and stuff. We didn't have much time, but I still ordered an afternoon cake set and he ordered a double expresso. The staff were very busy and you could tell it was a bit understaffed. It took quite some time to get them to clean our table, get new cutlery, and our orders. as i have switched to the kowloon tong branch for several times,their service as becoming worse and worse...(dunno why?!)so yesterday I went back to where i started my cova gelato addiction---causeway bay.I was so very much surprised that the lady recognized me,and ask whether i am wanting a cup of pistachio flavor.I was really happy that there was still people caring about my existance ad remembred me~!although the cup of gelato is not as large as that before,the experience was surely a smile!!

Cova 既栗子，乳酪同開心果gelato真係做得好香濃、好 creamy，而朱古力，咖啡同芒果and green apple雪芭就好有質感，不過價錢就比較貴，我們學生無辦法經常負擔得黎，而且佢的地點是一個問題，間間分店都不近我，每次吃都要專程出去先得。記得第一次試她們的gelato，一試就愛上喇 ! 因為她們真的做得又滑又濃味。榛子，開心果及栗子，我很喜歡開心果味，因為好香濃，而她們的雪芭亦好清新。因為今天剛吃完巧克力蛋糕不久，只好輕輕的點了單球gelato ( 雙球抵好多 )，我選了最喜歡的開心果味，一吃下去真是很難形容它有多好味，只可以說她們把開心果跟雪糕合二為丰炕A即使吃過多少次都還有驚喜，香濃的果仁味gelato令人十分滿足。這個雪糕真係物有所值，味道濃到化不開！雪糕雖然軟滑，但試過她們的威化筒可是一點不好，又不脆又太甜。COVA的gelato, 確是全城之最~~

3-2-2011其實我對 Cova 一般, 但印象中佢 d gelato (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1920950) 及咖啡 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1981724) 不錯, 所以一直 keep 住俾機會佢, 是日要搵個地方邊飲咖啡邊等夠鐘食開年飯, 嚟到世貿分店坐吓.叫了杯 caffe latte ($50) 堂飲... 面頭奶泡幾多亦幾密, 但其實好鬆散, 齋飲係超熱, 唔澀, 少少苦, 但咖啡味及奶味亦好淡, 飲完又嚡口嚡脷, 真係 咖啡師都真係幾無心機, 不過明嘅, 有邊個會想大年初一開工?唔滿意, 呢杯咁嘅嘢收 $50 仲要收加一, 新年流流都要喊, 真箇嗚呼哀哉.

雪糕櫃色彩繽紛，樣樣都想試.........today叫左1杯chestnut味gelato........好香chestnut味.......好幼滑...........重奶味.........香甜.........-好滿足!!極滑..........唔快溶.........chestnut味gelato好味到停不了口。我喜歡食意大利的gelato多過普通ice-cream.........貪佢夠low fat同軟滑........我真的以為是在吃chestnut蓉而唔係gelato..........所以更濃郁的chestnut蓉香味............雖然價錢唔便宜, 但份量不少, 而且味道與新鮮程度皆有水準.........小小一杯要$34，下次等我約朋友試埋其他味先~!but today the girl is very bad mood..........she not really want to let me try taste........
