Apparently they have one of these in the IFC and I never knew it. I noticed this place on one of my infrequent trips to the Hopewell Center and I had to grab a panini. I'm a sandwich-lover by heart, and I try not to let sandwich places in HK escape me.As another reviewer said, the service is a little strange. Several people behind the counter seemed to just be standing around and not acknowledging the people who were waiting for their orders to be taken.The menu has some interesting things, but most of the sandwiches have at least something on them that I wouldn't really care for. For example, the turkey sandwich has some sort of blueberry spread. Why? I decided to go with the chili-lime chicken sandwich. Apparently you can order it with more fillings at an extra charge, and that's what I did.I didn't really taste the lime, and I certainly didn't taste the chili, but the chicken was cooked well enough and tasty. Only the outside of the panini was hot-- the chicken was cold and one of the cheese slices was unmelted. This is probably the result of all the extra fillings; the panini press can't heat up all the insides before burning the outside. I will say that I liked the sandwich, and that apart from Fresh (formerly La Baguette) in LKF and Meli Melo in Sheung Wan, I can't think of a better place to grab a sandwich in HK. I plan on eating at the IFC location quasi-regularly, provided my future experiences resemble my past one. A-

As you may or may not know, Dressed has certain deals going on for gym goers. And why not? It's a support healthy choice for the health conscience! But this just make it a better reason to go; for beefy guys.They have a number of daily specials for soups and salads. While the soups and pasta may not be their forte, the salads and Paninis are sublime! The clam chowder may have been the exception in that they used real ingredients! Add in your Tabasco, and it tastes perfect.I highly recommend the Asian Salad. It's got everything from blue cheese to crackers! The dressing is very light, and healthy. It mixes just well enough so that the salad and all its other goodies are still crunchy, with a slight zing and kick.

Dressed晌中环开咗好几年，都未帮衬过，反而今次帮衬咗湾仔店，事缘工作嘅关系，走咗过嚟湾仔；无饭开嘅关系，今晚餐饭打算买外卖；网上游戏嘅关系，中咗$100美食现金券。结果，造就咗小弟第一次帮衬Dressed嘅机会。原来Dressed喺来自美国阿特兰大，主打健康轻食，如沙律、意大利烘包、三文治、热汤……等等。入夜后嘅皇后大道东较少人流，而依间Dressed就更少人，晌小弟等外卖期间，只有两个人，一个有买嘢，一个斋睇无帮衬。一室白墙青胶櫈，感觉几醒目，清新健康感，不过长长嘅店舖，客少太清静，有啲荒凉感啫，此时此刻先至喺夜晚7:00pm咋！散叫嘅话唔多平，一份厨师推介沙律$70、$80有多，意大利烘包又$50、$60一份，三文治又收$50多，所以套餐较为上算，以组合形式划分价钱：1. 轻盈沙律2. 本日精选意粉3. 意大利烘包（半份）4. 是日餐汤5. 餐饮组合一：1 / 2 / 3 + 4 + 5 = $50，组合二：1 + 2 + 5 = $60，当然每个类别无散叫咁多选择，既然有$100「预算」揸手，理所当然尽点啦。要咗一个组合一，再加多份三文治，就啱啱好啦！轻盈沙律有4个选择：亚洲沙律、加洲沙律、美式沙律及公司沙律，其实每款都各具特色，唔同嘅材料配搭唔同嘅酱汁，最后都喺好随意拣咗加洲沙律。既然叫得「轻盈」，自然比正价份量少一截，虽然细细兜，但都塞到满满，内里有沙律菜、烤鸡（得好少）、牛油果（一大旧）、车厘茄、烟肉碎、芝士粉，配上黑醋酱，佢话有埋杏仁片，食极都唔觉。而整体味道唔错，几清爽，烟肉碎及芝士粉令个沙律咸咸香香，黑醋酱带点酸，几醒胃！是日餐汤餐汤每日都唔同款，会晌店内展示板详列出嚟，依日就有「Chicken Noodle」同「Cream of Brocolli」，后者喺西兰花忌廉汤，大概知喺乜，所以要咗前者。原来个Chicken Noodle Soup有啲似意大利杂菜汤，有啲萝卜粒、西芹粒、鸡肉粒，而「Noodle」喺啲蝴蝶粉，几多料，但略嫌味道稍淡。餐饮可拣嘅选择唔多，可乐、冻茶或冻柠水，其他嘅都要加钱。我就拎罐可乐就算！以上套餐份量，女生就当到一餐，男生就多数都唔够喇。烤红椒鸡肉三文治 $50面包类有两大分支，一类喺意大利烘包，另一类喺手制精选三文治。三文治都唔喺用普通白面包，而喺用多榖麦三文治方包，较有咬口。馅料方面，包括鸡胸肉、烤红椒、车打芝士、杂绵沙律菜配芫茜杏仁酱，份三文治都几厚身，主要喺因为夹住大量沙律菜。口感几鲜爽，不过味道唔算好突出，无一种令人一食难忘或有惊喜嘅感觉，只可定为不过不失嘅配搭。

一直都好钟意饮ＳＭＯＯＴＨＩＥＳ但不嬲都好贵，香港比起外国少有就更加贵同难揾饮一杯既价钱可以食个ＬＵＮＣＨ但今日ＯＴ，口淡淡又唔太饿就想饮Ｄ冰冰冻既野入到黎好少人，绿白相撞既颜色好清新叫左杯用姜同梨做主打既沙冰因为平时少见有姜做材料饮落够冻，姜同梨既味都系淡淡的好易入口，有醒醒神既作用系细杯左Ｄ，唔够喉哈哈

今天约了同事午膳，在酷热天气警告下，很多人都选择以沙律作午餐。我个人虽然不太喜欢，但太阳真的很猛很炽热，不想在户外逗留多一秒，见有枱便匆匆步入。午餐组合是(1)细沙律 + 是日餐汤 + 饮品=$50；(2)细沙律/是日餐汤 + 半份Panini/是日意粉 + 饮品=$60饮品只有汽水/Lemonade是免费的，Vitamin Water/Sparkling water要另加$12，亦不可加钱转smoothies，如单点的话消费一点都不便宜。细沙律有4-5款选择，我选的这款是Club Salad，罗马生菜很新鲜，cesar salad酱汁搅拌均匀入味，配以车厘茄及火腿粒，好味之选意粉是跟沙律用同一份量的碗盛上，今天的是日意粉是Alfredo，可能Dressed以健康作卖点，所以这个长通粉就只配以几粒很香脆的bacon，几粒青豆，小小芝士，好像没有任何酱汁加工烹调，感觉很dry 如果下次再选这里午餐，是会选择意式饱。
