以往經過餐廳都沒有什麼意慾入內用膳，直至今天有同事提議到這裡吃午飯。之前只是留意到門外有張貼著$10熱狗的海報，但這裡到底吃什麼卻不太知道。12時多不需等候便可內進，餐廳整體環境一般，但再看餐牌那些便宜的價錢你便覺得一切很合理。我點了蕃茄肉丸意大利麵，同事則點了有魚的餐點。我的意大利麵先來，麵跟蕃茄肉丸分開盛上，顧客可隨自己喜好倒進意大利麵內，頗為貼心。麵條比想像中好吃，是偏硬的意粉，我喜歡這個口感。肉丸竟有5大粒，蕃茄肉醬調得剛剛好，再加些tabasco 辣汁更好味！原以為份量不多，豈料吃完還挺飽的。只需六十多元又有質素的西餐廳。在中環還有那裡可以找到！一定會再光顧！

We (2) booked one hour before via Eatigo a table for 18:00 on a Saturday evening (so we got 50% off food). 以前經過幾次都無食，今日終於同同事一齊去Extra Virgin lunch 食物質數對得起價錢，意粉軟硬度剛剛好，不過奶茶勁甜。可能今日星期五，所以特別多人，排隊要起碼半個鐘以上。最好2個人去，3人以上要等好多個先有位。

第一次黎食，門面見到10蚊熱狗好吸引，就入去食下，店舖睇落好細，但原來入面都幾大，有大約20款選擇，食物的質素幾好～走西餐路線，食落冇咩味精，夠健康。一個聚腳好地方😍

Value: extremely value for money for the received portion. I would actually recommend them serving a smaller sized pasta at a lower price because the portions are quite big. environment: it’s more like a tea restaurant atmosphere. Please don’t expect amazing service, it’s more of a come and go lunch place Taste: a bit bland ... but the food is served hot and it’s next to a great bit black pepper grinder which you can overload in flavour. 第一次光顧。選擇不多。就是沙律意粉和薄餅。晚上近九時人仍不少。想了不久决定要一客蕃茄羅勒意粉。上菜算快。頗大的份量。小蕃茄不少。意粉al dente, 不错。但冭多黑胡椒,這很不好。服务很快和有效率。跟女厨師們很有互動。

I visited this restaurant yesterday. Good choice of menu and I ordered pasta and bottle beer. They bring pasta and no beer. I asked 4 times for it and nothing. After they told me they visit shop and bought me a beer. Cheapest one and not a bottle beer(!!). I told no and ask about usual cola.Pasta was not tasty at all. I can’t eat all. In the end they put in my bill chicken but I did not ordered.Don’t go here!

Just imagine when an asian Mum takes on Italian cuisine...in the BEST POSSIBLE WAY. Brings back so much childhood memories. Thank you extra virgin!Al dente pasta, which you can rarely find in Hong Kong. Unless you wanna pay 300 dollars for your tiny pasta. 中環百物騰貴，無人不知，但原來亦有平民良心小店。外賣飯餐只需$38，特餐只需$48，份量超大，性價比真係無得挑剔，味道又唔錯，即叫即煮，無論Lunch 定 dinner，絕對值得推薦。店內環境非常舒服，採用開放式廚房。食材新鮮非常健康。蕃茄辣汁手撕雞意粉(8/10)($62)呢個係佢地最新推出既蕃茄辣汁手撕雞意粉。即叫即煮意粉用上初榨橄欖油，所以外賣意粉價錢比起飯貴大約十蚊，但堂食價錢就冇分別，推薦堂食一定要食意粉。不論意粉定手撕雞份量都非常多，性價比非常高。意粉煮得恰到好處，唔會過軟又唔會太多水份，蕃茄辣汁既蕃茄味相對唔算太重，但辣汁辣得非常惹味，覺得有啲似口水雞既感覺，將意粉撈埋蕃茄辣汁，真係好好食！！忌廉菠菜汁魚柳意粉(7/10)($60)忌廉菠菜汁魚柳意粉係佢地另一招牌，魚柳有兩大條，四大塊，真係極級抵食。將魚柳煮熟，再淋上非常搶眼嘅忌廉菠菜汁。忌廉菠菜汁食落唔會過咸過甜，食得出係真材實料。初榨橄欖油意粉非常香。芝士菠菜意大利雲吞(7.5/10)($78)我非常鍾意意大利雲吞，街外意大利雲吞價錢非常貴，平平地都百幾二百蚊，但呢到既意大利雲吞只係78蚊 就有差唔多十塊，性價比超高

係中環，要揾食真係好困難。有$，都未必有位。呢間意大利餐廳，係Wellington street, 方便之外，仲要價錢合理，真係喺中環好難揾到兩位數就食到好食嘅意粉！即叫即煮，份量又足！簡直係中環打工仔樂園！

I have another comment for a take out lunch before and today I dine in and order another dish. The spinach sauce is awesome! You can see it is made from real spinach. The spaghetti is al dents, they mix it with olive oil and basil right after you ordered. Fish fillet is average but it gave you two pieces. They used to have free drink, now need to add $4 for tea or coffee. Nice food with reasonable price in Central!

This restaurant emphasis that they use extra virgin olive oil for their food. I tried one time and really attracted to their food. As well as the pastas, I was curious to see if their fish was good.I know they are frozen fillets but the price was fair.There is a choice of Spinach sauce or Lemon butter sauce with the fish accompanied with rice or spaghetti.The spinach is surprisingly good because you can taste blended spinach in it while the lemon butter was a bit too buttery for my liking and the lemon wasn't strong enough however you do get a piece of lemon to go with it.To be fair the fish fillets were not bad and haven't

一大班人夜晚六點幾到呢間餐廳，我地未齊人佢都俾我地入住先，入到佢地既房坐，環境幾舒服。👍🏻食物種類都離唔開係意粉，見到佢地話採用橄欖油炒意粉，幾健康👍每人叫左一份加杯飲品，大家都share黎試下。叫左份芝麻醬手撕雞配飯，雞都ok多，我最鐘意佢個汁😂配飯一流，而且佢都俾好多。另外一個意式燉牛肉，牛肉都ok，都林口既，個汁就特別啲，少少辣辣地會越食越上癮既汁跟著就忌廉三文魚意粉，個汁都係平時想大家想像食開既汁，佢就會重啲忌廉味，三文魚都ok蜆肉意粉就真係黎到都嚇一跳，佢比咁多隻蜆，啲蜆多到我差啲睇唔到啲意粉😂味道幾好既白汁雞肉磨姑大通粉，個賣相幾靚仔，食落就同忌廉個個差唔多，都唔錯👍另外叫一份都係大通粉，佢係辣蕃茄燈籠腸大通粉，個人比較鐘意呢款多啲，味道特別啲之餘番茄健康啲👍叫咗份意式雲吞，個汁紅紅地，我以為係意粉😂原來係雲吞，都幾特別，雲吞嘅餡都幾足料。最後係蕃茄既意粉，係大家想像到既味道，都唔錯係一間唔錯既餐廳，平靚正，環境都坐得幾舒服，冇限時。
