來到Feather&Bone，咬落去個牛扒三文治真係彈牙又惹味🥪，中間嘅牛肉厚身而嫩滑，汁液喺口腔爆開，感覺真係正到爆炸！Egg Benedict做得平平常常，賣相唔錯但味道冇乜特別嘅驚喜，個蛋流心得啱啱好，靚仔過實在。咖啡就有啲失色😔，太酸噴噴，未夠香濃，唔夠我心水。呢度環境真係一流，坐係二樓露台嘅話，飲住杯野望望天，一流享受😌。總括黎講，牛扒三文治確實撼動到我呢位美食博主嘅味蕾，值得再嚟一試。下次嚟可以純粹專攻佢哋嘅肉類美食，期待再有驚喜。

好耐無咁投入咁寫食評喇！剛去咗間位於中環嘅餐廳，我就係去試食佢哋嘅扒同甜品🍰。首先提下佢哋嘅Dry Aged牛扒，哇塞，真係咬落去肉汁四濺，好嫩滑，簡直就係嚼開快樂的味蕾派對🎉！原來，除咗主菜噏噏咁正，佢哋嘅Bread & Butter Pudding 同 Chocolate Brownie 都唔遜色呀！Bread & Butter Pudding 真係鬆軟得黎，蜜糖香味撲鼻；至於Brownie，就外層微脆，入口即溶，巧克力香濃得黎又唔係過甜，係甜品控嘅話，真係唔可以錯過喇🍫。喺服務方面，大家真係要講下，Azza哥服務態度超好，願意分享佢嘅推介，令我哋成晚食得咁開心。好多時食扒房，大家可能會凌住主菜唔記得留肚，但我要話你知，喺呢度，甜品都係必試嘅尾場大戲啊🤤！要講嘅就係，呢度唔單止食得開心，餐廳環境都幾舒服，適合悠閒地同三五知己嘆下午茶或者慶祝下。下次想食扒或者搵間靚餐廳，唔好錯過咯！

沿住扶手電梯一直上到頂，今日黎到Feather and Bone happy friday🎉無論server同客人都係外國人為主，加埋佢既裝修設計，一踏入餐廳都有種去咗外國既感覺，好有feel！Server好熱情，主動為我地介紹menu上面既food and drink items餐牌上面牛既選擇唔多，事關想食牛可以出counter慢慢揀～ 即場磅完再同廚師講想點煮 就可以等食～Grain Fed Ribeye + Creamed SpinachRibeye叫左Medium，個人覺得岩岩好！牛排烤到充滿油香，完全唔韌同埋冇筋，就算我地影左陣相 佢都仲好淋好好食。我冇加到醬，配埋面頭既鹽同mustard都好足夠，一定會再番黎食牛Side dish好香好creamy，好邪惡但又好好食朋友叫既Chicken Parmigiana，份量超多，有兩大塊雞，上面仲舖滿左芝士，超肥仔！雞肉唔鞋，而加連沙律菜都好好食，好香橄欖油味～ 但私心推薦牛多啲🤣呢個環境點可以唔飲野，飲品叫左3 Butchers Sangria, 個人覺得佢淡左啲，但勝在夠大杯，一杯飲左成餐飯～兩個人埋單$800有找，下次會再黎

This is my second time to have dinner in this branch. They gave me very good impression (very good steak and side with valuable price ) at the first time I had dinner here so I came here again for the steak!!!! I ordered a chicken Caesar salad . Honestly the cost is not that cheap but this is seriously tasty with their special sauce. The sauce is not same as those we had in other restaurant. Their sauce would make you eat more and more . When you crave for good steak with a reasonable price in HK, I think feather and bone is probably the best place to go to ! $168 only for steak and eggs with spinach on the bottom !!! A decent size, perfectly grilled to medium rare grass fed rib eye ! Topped with a double sunny side up eggs ! They are always good value for money !!!!

聽朋友推薦話呢間餐廳食扒好出名，今日突然想食就過來試下，落班時間過來人都幾多，等咗一陣先有位置，點咗個五成熟的肉眼牛扒配Diane sauce，醬汁有三種，我點咗小辣的pepper Berry mustard，牛扒表面微微焦的，裡面就好嫩而且好多汁，無咩筋好易入口，配埋個醬汁非常好食。

呢間寶號有幾間分店，朋友約喺中環，我新界鄉下人，出城畀個Google map 老點咗去中環店，其實係賣嘢，原來半山店先係食嘢，笨！大熱天時，就算有扶手梯爬番上去，點都會身水身汗，坐低即刻開支凍冰冰嘅白酒 cool 吓先。meun 主打dry aged 牛，自己揀級數同部位同重量同幾成熟，朋友試過話 good，我就無好大期望，因為依家香港食租多過食嘢，入得口已經叫👌，咁又真係算👌，不過 side dish 配通菜，又真係得意（雖然都係自己揀）。

I have ordered a mussels and steak on egg, but both are awful. The mussels are not fresh, and it is tasteless. The steak is full of tendon and over grilled. How on earth can this be!!

Disappointing evening servers unfriendly and service was under par. Wine glasses were not refilled, tealight candle wasn’t lit, water was refilled only when requested. Empty dishes were not removed until we asked. The icing on the cake was when we asked for coffee at 9.45pm we were told the coffee machine is closed and they couldn’t serve any. Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner and it turned out that we had the entire terrace for ourselves! The terrace was beautifully decorated with a lot of romantic lighting and some greenery. We ordered a Wagyu Ribeye and grain-fed ribeye. The Wagyu Ribeye was the best steak I have had in 2019! It was perfectly cooked - medium rare, good distribution of fat across the piece of steak. 這間在扶手電梯旁的Feather&Bone, 一直都想試吓，今日揸車經過附近，可以去試試。他們專門有牛扒可以自己揀，他們幫你煮。有一次試過在他們的分店買牛扒，也很好，沒有高級超市的那麼貴。今天吃Brunch, 牛扒有點早吧，點了份牛扒三文治，Egg Benedict 和Cappuccino。牛扒三文治用了Ciabatta 麵包，沒有burger的那麼大，吃得比較方便點。入面配了洋蔥，菜和醬汁，加上牛扒非常Juicy, 十分好吃。另外的Egg Benedict 一般，不過不失吧。但至於咖啡，他們是酸那一種並且沒有咖啡香味，個人不太喜歡。環境挺舒服的，他們還有2樓可以露天坐，天氣好一點可以試試。

The food overall is good. It's consistent across all branches. But there's something about this branch that has the worst service possible even by Hong Kong standards. The restaurant is maybe 1/3 full. Two waiters on the floor. They couldn't be botheres to care. We get seated. No one brings menus. Had to ask. Water had to a ask for two times. When inquiring about meat options the service didn't know (forget the fact that if you sit at the bar you have to walk to the other side to order your stea
