好耐无食中东嘢😆 一嚟就食餐劲嘅~ Menu 内容好丰富,拣到头痛所以要咗佢哋嘅 “Let us cook" sharing menu~ (真系劲多嘢,少癫)太多款式,尽量记录Meze个 hummus 不得了,劲好食,够油润好滑呀🤩🤩 加埋 Sourdough Pita bread 其实系食到停唔到口(但系又要留肚,好鬼矛盾)因为我屎忽痕唔食 Burnt Eggplant,所以佢哋换咗一份细嘅 Merinda Tomato 比我~有 olive, pistachio, chilli 同 vine leaf 酸辣开胃唔会腻Burnt Eggplant 用上 tomato, chilli, yogurt,唔好茄子所以无乜心得Cigars - spiced beef, green tahini~ 名为雪茄纯粹系形似,食落口感似春卷,入面包住香辣嘅牛肉,旁边嘅绿色芝麻酱系重点,带点酸味令口味更加平衡同清新~Lamb Ribs - orange, yogurt, coriander 鲜嫩可口,羊味浓,嫩滑而且油香十足~正Baked Halloumi pomegranate molasses, oregano,Halloumi 作为芝士嚟讲口味好温和,只有淡淡嘅奶香~个特点系熔点高就算烤完都唔会变软拉丝,反而带点酥脆同嚼劲~ 同石榴嘅清新好夹~Falafelfava bean, pickled cabbage, amba 外酥内软脆扑扑,豆味好浓Cauliflowerpreserved lemon, yogurt, tarragon - 口感爽脆加埋偏酸香嘅调味十分清新~ 稍为可以帮助啲食物落格MORE - Kaftaspring lamb, beef, spring onion, tahini 食到呢度开始有啲 food coma Zzz~ 呢个系重口味之选,将羊肉同牛肉打碎做成嘅肉丸油脂好丰富而且带点点焦香~SWEETKnafeh - 好有惊喜嘅甜品,个鸟巢脆脆竟然系用 mozzarella 做,加埋 yogurt 雪糕同开心果碎,神奇哋好夹Quinceolive oil cake, candied olives, bay leaf 口感好湿润嘅蛋糕我想讲呢个 “Let us cook" sharing menu 完全系饱到难以置信,自问个食量都唔差但食到后期真系有少少怀疑人生 lol ~ 继续阅读

Friday night we got lucky to sit by the bar table, we called at noon to book a table and they said it’s the last spot and of cos we took it.There were a lot of dishes we would like to try but just the two of us therefore we could only order 6 dishes, at the beginning a waiter suggested us 4-5dishes would be enough and I thought wait til you see how much I eat..Kicked off with smoked EggplantLamb ribs Not sure about the portion as they took off the meaty part and served just a little bit of meat sticks to the bone, taste was perfect though.Grilled LeekThought it’ll be a hot dish but turns out it’s a cold one, comes with feta, onion and potato, a bit sour. Grilled ClamSize and taste were amazing just that the texture were too hard to chew, over cooked.Grilled prawn with couscous.Highlight of the night- no words needa describe, the carbs soaked all the juice & seasoning were mind blowing.KnafehOnly if the crispy part were serve straight out of oven/cooker then would be heaven.Usually everyone starts with hummus yet we leave that to the last part, at the end we were too full. Dinner with Partner after attending a charity event nearby. Have been meaning to come here for the longest of time having heard so many positive reviews about it and I have to say that our dinner did not disappoint. Hummus and pita bread to start. Hummus made of chickpea, tahini (or tahina, a Middle-Eastern condiment made from ground sesame. A major ingredient in hummus) and green zhug (a type of hot sauce) was buttery and flavourful. Perfect complement for the freshly made pita bread.Upon the server’s recommendation, we also ordered the Baked Halloumi with pomegranate molasses and oregano. Not exactly a fan of hallloumi, which is a Cypriot cheese traditionally made from goat's and sheep's milk, a semihard, unripened, and brined cheese with a slightly spongy texture; but Francis had its heaviness removed with the citrusy pomegranate molasses and oregano.For mains, we ordered beef short ribs with yogurt, cucumber, dill, tomato sauce. The short ribs were flavourful and melt in your mouth tender.Smoked carrots with spiced honey and almond. The carrots were fresh and candy sweet.To end, we ordered olive oil cake with candied olives and bay leaf. Cake was fresh out of the oven and had a nice caramel flavour. Loved it. Overall, an easy neighbourhood restaurant serving quality Mediterranean cuisine that I would return to. 继续阅读

中东菜未必每一道菜都啱香港人口味坐落湾仔一条斜坡上面都好易揾的餐厅虽然冇景色但餐厅嘅装修同设计都好有特色环境昏暗靠烛光睇嘢价钱喺湾仔嚟讲十分亲民几抵食的!Menu简而精 选择较少菜式名字都非常简洁除咗Menu好难睇得明之外冇缺点《Hummus》chickpea, tahini, green zhug, pita鹰嘴豆、芝麻酱、绿豆、皮塔饼卖相不错 食落都几好食《Knafeh》mozzarella, orange blossom, vanilla, pistachio马苏里拉芝士、橙花、香草、开心果唔错的《Cauliflower》preserved lemon, yogurt, tarragon柠檬、乳酪、龙蒿呢道菜超级酸 唔推荐叫《Lamb Ribs》 orange, yogurt, coriander橙、乳酪、香菜调味令到佢嘅臊味减到最低羊仔超级腍 入口即溶咁非常推荐嘅招牌菜!最后呢个我真系唔记得咗个名但系味道几特别嘅一道菜喺香港其他地方一定唔会食到值得叫嚟试吓! 继续阅读
