Gradini意大利餐廳 (已結業)

Tried the Asia Miles 4 course meal! Food was good but the atmosphere wasn’t as nice as it was way too loud. Had the salmon salad for the appetizer, lobster pasta, steak and the Gradini dessert. The salmon salad and lobster pasta were very fresh and delicious. The steak was medium rare and cut into 2 pieces when served but it wasn’t as tender as one would expect. The dessert was a mousse with oreo bits and chocolate balls on the side... a bit too sweet.

疫情關係都有好一段時間冇出嚟餐廳食飯，如果唔係生日但未必有機會可以好好地坐係間餐廳食飯🙈今年揀咗意大利菜，其實一直都有bookmark依間餐廳，因為餐廳佈置以藍色格調為主，順理成章就吸引左我😆雖然餐廳座位唔多但勝在環境清幽，座位舒適而且侍應服務極佳👍🏼晚餐有套餐選擇，可選3 courses or 5 courses 而且價錢都幾合理👌🏼真係唔好意思忘記影餐牌😛 食物方面，份量絕對比想像中多，今次用餐主要對兩個main course 同甜品印象深刻👍🏼 八爪魚沙律就普普通通，反而帶子爽口彈牙值得一試🌟另外值得一提嘅係佢哋喺甜品上面寫嘅祝福字句好有藝術感😆打卡一流📸

好耐冇食過afternoon tea喇，最近就去咗喺The Pottinger Hotel入面嘅Gradini食，由入酒店門口🏨到入餐廳🍽，周圍嘅環境裝修都好靚，好多打卡位📸.最近佢哋就推出左同知名護膚品牌Rituals crossover嘅afternoon tea☕️.🌸The Ritual of Sakura Afternoon Tea 「櫻姿花見下午茶」 🌸.食物有櫻花水信玄餅、薏米奶凍🥛、雜錦馬卡龍、栗子朱古力🌰、迷你龍蝦酥皮盒🦞、鴨肝慕絲撻配紅酒果凍、水牛芝士配小番茄三文治🧀、36個月San Daniele火腿配黑松露蜜糖及無花果等等.最正嘅係，每人會有一支香水版送翻，仲會有張redemption card俾你去返Rituals換領返The Ritual of Sakura體驗套裝 🎁套裝入面有淋浴啫喱泡沫、潤膚霜、磨砂霜同洗手液🥰.又有靚環境，又有靚tea set，仲有gift set，都只係$238pp，套體驗裝鋪頭都賣緊$205架，呢個tea真心抵到爛🤩

因為肺炎的關係，真的很久沒有去外面吃飯了，難得出來吃飯，這裏的食物不錯，環境跟服務很好，很滿足。Hokkaido scallop : 帶子味道重，微微一煎已經好吃。柚子、橙沙律醬配得很好Fettuccine : 闊條麵配上porcini mushroom 跟 black truffle cream sauce ，味道基本上很好，只是味道稍微淡了一點，加上一點鹽好多了Raspberry sorbet ： 酸酸甜甜的，好吃Grilled Angus beef sirloin : 有牛味，煎得好柚子芝麻蛋糕：好吃份量也很多

We went here to celebrate birthday of one of my friends. I would give 5 star to this dinning experience. From the taste , the service, the environment, cleanliness, price etc. We paid about 700 each, but there were only us 4. So we were like literally occupying the whole restaurant. 最近肺炎肆虐, 個個唔敢出黎食飯...咁岩我路經附近, 睇到有tea set就入黎; 不過呢間餐廳改o係酒店正門入, 而且仲有前枱量體溫, 值得一讚今次我就試呢set “花漾醉人下午茶”, 佢地用左雲石架裝住, 襯托出咁grand既環境✨鹹點方面, 我就覺得”紅菜頭包配豬肉醬”食落幾特別; 另外, 甜點唔會甜到漏, 尤其”甘菊蜜糖奶凍”隻味幾清新👍🏻最特別既原來係佢地個鬆餅醬——係”山楂蘋果醬”呢set係同Darphin搞promotion, 所以食完就送護膚品sample✨希望下次會再黎坐低食tea啦!

今次去咗試中環．石板街酒店個Tea Set夏の蜜語下午茶佢同Guerlain合作所以用蜂蜜做主題Tea Set好似話做到11月成個夏の蜜語下午茶有7-8款鹹點+甜品連伴碟嗰啲都全部食得唯一批評就係份量唔係好夠個Tea Set用一個好似手飾箱咁嘅透明玻璃盒裝住感覺好優雅好高貴食之前梗係要打個卡先啦～件件都好的骰，可以一啖擺落口嗰隻7件嘢有鹹有甜San Daniele火腿+黑松露蜜糖+下面用無花果墊底無花果有益又可以減少火腿鹹味最特別係素食炸蟹餅，佢用素食蟹肉，但食落似真蟹肉仲有個迷你和牛漢堡包，一口包細細粒，食落外脆內軟，和牛軟嫩而肉汁飽滿，入面仲有蜜糖芥末蛋黃醬隔離個野菌黐滿忌廉汁，酥皮就烤得鬆脆甜品有法式泡芙個餡唔係雲呢嗱而係朱古力蜜糖朱古力慕絲，好Smooth，朱古力苦苦哋但蜂蜜味甜甜哋仲有個薑汁意大利雪糕好味，好似薑汁撞奶我最鍾意反而係嗰兩件蜜糖啫喱，甜度啱啱好飲品可以揀illy意大利咖啡/Tea WG原片茶葉沖茶我揀咗Sakura，第一啖飲落口有陣藥水味不過之後慢慢飲覺得茶味幾清香，有少少花香味食完飲杯茶幾舒服最後仲有少少Guerlain Sample送有日霜防曬霜修護霜爽膚水

每次經過都好想光顧這家餐廳。白色配淡綠色的裝潢讓人感到舒適，餐廳氣氛歡愉和諧。這次是walk in 的，晚上6點半，用餐時段才剛開始，所以不用等位。餐廳不是 full house，不解沒有為我們提供窗口位。不過其他位置亦okay。我點了 1）burrata cheese 這道是我最愛 十分開胃2). Mushroom soup in coffee cup 蘑菇湯放入咖啡杯，賣相非常獨特3). 行完西營盤，當然要休息。依到afternoon tea由3點開始，仲可以以單人計，唔一定兩位起。層架有別於平時3層高，係兩層高，向橫發展。Black Truffle with Mascarpone Cheese Open-faced Sandwich都幾重truffle味，包既質感似法包。36個月ham配無花果，好清新。建議可以最後食，清一清口腔。3.6 Milk Panna Cotta牛乳味都重，幾濃滑。Macarons唔太甜，幾好食。 Chocolate Truffle朱古力好濃味，偏甜。每隻碟底都有石頭朱古力襯托，口痕的話都可以食下。Sakura tea茶味淡，但都可以解口腔既甜。
