This hotel is new and on trial opening. The buffet dinner is unbelivable expensive HK$468 +10% service charge for Friday & Saturday evenings. With the 20% discount coupon & a little boy birthday, we went there for celebration as well to try this Harbour Grand Cafe Restaurant. Only the seaview is good and nothing else. One time is enough, sure will NOT go back. (1) The cracker biscuit is not crispy enough. Surprised(2) Salad bar too little variety (3) Oyster (Tomato Ketchup sauce not availa

(6) Without complimentary birthday cake for 9 adults buffet spending there (This hotel for sure doesn't know their food is below quality according to their high price setting).

I mentioned all these to the Manager, he replied as all special food sauces are on request. Those sauces are normal & basic. This is Kidding!!!! I am going for buffet - not fine dinning. No free birthday cake promotion, etc...... No flexibility.

日日坐車都見到佢大大個LED顯示屏，做到好萬眾期待咁!!!!!6月1日開左幕la.....不過2號先得閒去試!!!!指明要window seat!!!!!!!!一入去，好鬼正，個天花燈會變色!!!!紅燈黃綠青藍紫!!!!!6點半先開始，坐下行下咁等.......張buffet枱好多野食!!!有我最鍾意既蠔，有長腳蟹!!!!!好多熱野食同甜品，真係拍得住佢姊妹酒店都會海逸!!!!!!(價錢都一樣.......)坐低左，對住依個靚景，剛好睇住日落，嘩!!!!!!!!!!!!6點半la，開始食buffet!!!一來當然食冷盤，有龍蝦，有生蠔(雖然細細隻，好有海水味)，有三文魚............好多好多仲要種種都ok....好少buffet咁好!!!!熱野間間都差唔多,唔係食左咁多.........不過d喇沙好濃，正!!!最後最正既都係食甜品，一見到雪糕枱!!!!有成12款mo記雪糕!!!!!!1款1球都飽死，不過可能仲新........雪糕唔太凍.....有點怪仲有佢d甜品，又新奇又靚，真係唔捨得食!!!!!多謝$438+10%........好正，加埋個景真係物超所值!!!!!!p.
