This is a franchise bar, but this location is probably one of the best open bar in HK. I've never been here during day time, so I don't know if they invade the ground space of the opposite building like the night time.
We could sit here for hours, it's that comfortable. But the indoor is not on par with the outdoor atmosphere.
Upon reading all of the comments, I think majority of the blogger missed the beer part. This place, my friend, is THE place for beer.
No, I'm not talking the level of Heineken, Carlsberg, or San Miguel. No, not Guiness, either.
This place has the authentic Belgian beer. It's difficult to discribe in words, but once you tasted the Belgian, you will never go back. A few of these Belgian can be purchase at some high end supermarkets (I don't know if I can say the name here), but with the atmosphere, it's worth paying double of the supermarket prices.
Some of the name are Chimay (blue or red label), Pawel Kwak, and Leffe. I don't know how adventurous the readers are, but it's definitely worth one round. (These beer are 9% alcohol.)
The food is good, in particular, the burgers are on par with the ones I've tasted in America. I've tried the Nachos and to me, this is probably the best Nachos I've tried in Hong Kong. The dark side is just the food are too greasy: good for satisfying my evil side, but not healthy.
To me, the service was adequate, I think most complains were due to language barrier. Tables were cleared quickly, and drinks were deliverying swiftly.
Overall, with the level of the food, the menu of the beer, I will put up with any bad services any given evening.
