和朋友7人來到蘭桂芳聚一聚,預先經某apps訂枱,6:00pm來過early dinner,早點吃完飯再去🍸🍹🍻🥂🍾。因為坐位有限,人多來Koh Thai最好訂訂枱。落地玻璃窗,環境寫意開揚。Tom Yum Kung (Large)味道太酸,反而唔夠辣,村料足料,份量都夠每人一小碗。Chicken Coconut Soup (Large)超級惹味,口感奶滑,而且好有椰子的清甜味道,大力推薦!Pomelo Salad柚子無味,調味料和其他菜式一樣味道,都是酸酸甜甜,幾開胃的。Crab Omelette比較失色,吃不到蟹味,炒蛋質感過熟,但醬汁不錯。Phad Broccoli幾重味精,吃完很口渴,味道不錯。Grilled Fish Pla Yang Hor Bai夠鮮嫩多汁,值得推薦。Salmon Curry就很一般,黃咖哩不夠香,三文魚有點過熟,沒有了油脂香味。Phadthai Prawn,蝦味不夠鮮,調味幾好,都夠大隻。食物普遍可以接受,但太濃味,而且味精不少,未必再來。

We asked the staff before ordering our dinner about using the Entertainer app. We were told we could get Buy one get one free for mains only, which include Curries, Meat and Seafood. We first ordered curry, rice, fish, phad Thai & satay. While she’s still inputting the dishes on computer, we wanted to change satay to vegetable. We were denied with the reason that she’s input the satay already. Though we were not too happy about her excuse, we simply added another vegetable dish. When we checked the bill, we expected to pay for one main, ie sea bass $235 (higher price) and duck curry $175 would be waived. However, the staff only deducted Phad Thai $138 saying that this belonged to mains. We definitely remember she didn’t mention noodles were under the mains, but she insisted it’s on the same page. We didn’t want to make a scene, so we finally paid the bill with zero tips. We were very disappointed with the service of the staff. We felt we were discriminated by using the promotion app. Will definitely not going back to this restaurant again!

Had a dinner and a service was very very slow, couldn’t get drinks within 30 min! On top of that neighbors table got their food earlier although came maybe ch later than us. After complaint, food was ready in 10 min, thus delay was caused not by long cooking but very very poor service of staff in this place!

All perhaps for people who look Chinese but don't speak Canto. This is my second and last time eating here. The two waitresses are more interested in chatting with each other than showing me to my table, taking my order or getting my check. I notice the Caucasian couple and a canto-speaking man didn't seem to need to wait as long for everything. Food is okay.

Terrible service on a Monday night. We sat on the rooftop and waited for 1+ hour after ordering and no food were served!! Reached out to the staff twice and no solution at all. Will never come back againIt doesn't look like they care about customer service at all.
