餐厅整个气氛很有法国越南感觉,厨师和职员都是外国人,在星街的某一个店铺内,堂食位置不多,只要一张高枱向在街外,所以决定多一场浪漫,点外卖再在星街附近的公众桌椅感受人来人往的气氛慢活一下。点了一份法包,一份脆薯宝同一杯特饮,两个人一起分享,份量刚刚好。店员在替你包好食物前,还替你把法包一分成二,也会给你多一个纸袋很贴心。脆薯宝太棒了,小小一颗颗,金黄的香香的脆脆的热辣辣的,一口一粒很棒。法包,反而被它比下去,不过不失,感觉脆薯宝成为了餐厅的卖点。🤣

black sheep旗下的Le Petit Saigon,专卖越式法包,里面只系三个位,门外亦有几个位可以坐,所以好多人都会黎买外卖拎走。呢到的法包比坊间的偏软,似欧式软包多啲,个人钟意啲更有咬劲的法包,不过呢个都算高质,做到外脆内软,唔会好干。鸡包里面系满满的鸡腿肉,所以好滑,一啲都唔难咬,不过冇乜调味,肝酱唔算特别惹味,落好多蛋黄酱。成个包好饱满,整体都好夹,$118虽然贵左啲,但呢到的环境加野食,都可以再encore。猪同鸡都值得一试,猪系一大块薄片,内里大约有三块。豆腐就冇叫了,好似冇乜特别。

4/5The best banh mi I had in Hong Kong. Each ham, each meat have different flavour, create different layer of effect. The pickles the herbs just Brighten up the whole sandwiches.Just wish there would be more more more pate.
