叫左個salad 同burger 做主食， 呢外叫左個green juice 。Green juice 10/10個green juice 好正， 好有菜味， 而且個包裝好靚，係用玻璃樽！。salad 8/10原本都ok ,因為我叫左走汁， 個receipt 都有寫，但食到咁上下， 有d料係本身有汁， 冇走到， 又唔同我講冇得走。 另外， 我叫左pumpkin,冇叫quinoa,但只係俾左幾舊pumpkin我， 其他都用左quinoa去代替，最唔鐘意就係又唔同我單聲！ 雖然我係叫外賣！不過我食左200幾蚊，又唔係好好味嘅salad lor burger 5/10正常， 有點辣。薯條太油！

呢三年係港島做野，無論係lunch time定OT，wholemeal定gluten-friendly，Mana 4款toppings既Half Flat一直係我既最愛。HKD50既Half Flat又好味又經濟又飽肚又健康，有時我仲會加soup of the day或者purple yam配garlicnaise醬。由於每次去都目標明確同埋胃容量有限，次次都試唔到甜品。終於，幾個月前Mana推出Membership Program,只要入一百蚊就做到會員儲分，而最吸引既會員福利係生日會送你一件cake於是Mana就送左件HKD60既Coconut cake俾我，充滿期待！可能希望愈大失望愈大，一開盒發現件cake其實勁迷你，一入口的確係有好濃既椰子味，但Cake上既Topping以及餅底同中間奶白色既椰子cake擦唔出咩火花，整體味道不俗但沒有驚喜，結論係下次都係食番咸食諸如half flat算了

每次經過中環都會想起呢間素食餐廳，因為平時吃得太多肉、太少菜，偶爾想健康點。還有實在大愛他們的flat wrap、厚切的薯條😋他們的flat wrap是可以自己選配料，可選四種，個人比較喜歡熟食，所以選了grilled tofu、grilled veggies、omelette、portebello mushroom。一個full wrap實在吃不消，half wrap已經好飽肚，味道維持到水準，雖然是素食但一點也不寡。另外太想吃他們家的薯條，今次試試新品—蕃薯條。大家可見蕃薯條是超級厚切，啖啖「肉」的口感它是紫皮黃心的、味道甜甜的、面層有少許sea salt調味、令味道昇華，有種令人愈食愈想食的感覺。亦免費伴上一種自選醬料，這次選了garlic mayo，跟蕃薯條也很搭喔但對一個女仔來說，這分量實在太多，食了兩條薯條便要打包了哈哈。建議有同行朋友先好order薯條🍟

This place is overhyped. You have to spend so much to get the toppings that would normally come with a wrap or sandwich. It’s also so stupid they count the sauce as one of your toppings. Way too expensive to get a meal with lots of veggies and toppings.

I’m very disappointed ! I think this place is very overpriced for the salad with little ingredients. It should be noted that you'll be paying $80 for a small salad box with only the pre selected daily salad, making it hard to have a particular choice at all. Love this place so much! Their mixed salads are so delicious and always so consistent. The lemonade is a bit weird, though, give that one a miss but they even have fresh young coconut! I love that Mana is so focused on eco-friendliness and not being so destructive to the environment, especially in HK where we need it the most. Fast slow food. Exactly as the name suggests, healthy, yummy.We were here for a quick bite one evening in August. The yam fries were absolutely delish. And the middle eastern platter was good, with hummus, baba ganoush, salad which was OK, and warm pita bread.More photos and details on my blogs.

This overpriced place sells foods that are overpriced, expensive with a very small portion size... this is completely overrated and I would recommend you not to go but maybe for the desserts only, they don’t even use REAL utensils and plates so not good, do not go here. To all the vegetarians or vegans I recommend you to go to innoveggie, ahimsa buffet or various other vegan restaurants that are much cheaper if you check out my reviews!! 帶吃素的台灣朋友來這間Mana ,心驚膽顫的怕朋友會不喜歡,幸好朋友超級喜愛,大讚美味,而且是真素食店,沒有多餘的加工也沒有扮肉成分,純素食店~~~豆腐漢堡十分出色~~~

For such healthy food, I think this place's half wrap price is quite reasonable for Central. They said you can get a membership card, which will give 5%? discount. Mana used to be my favourite healthy to go places but after getting take out last week, I don't think I'll come back again.We ordered a large salad box and a wrap with fries as usual. I had half spinach and half kale in the box. Spinach salad was supposed to have halloumi cheese in it but I found only 3 pieces!
