Grab a quick take away from this store on the way to an event in HKCEC with a friend. We ordered 1 chicken keema and 1 chicken tikka roll. Other than doing take away in which most people do while I was waiting for my order, there is a small bench and few chairs to dine in. The staff freshly makes the food once the order is placed. We were standing aside looking at the staff wrapping the roll full of veggies and meat of our choices. And we got our order quite quickly after 5 minutes. Chicken keem

Paneer bhurji roll(spiced minced cottage cheese)芝士卷(五香碎芝士) $58 This roll was pretty impressive! Generous amount of cheese is definitely the thing spot on! Craving for more! Very filling though! Vada Pav 印式蔬菜漢堡 $40 for 2Indiana style vegetarian burger! Unexpectedly palatable! The vege in between was delightful the eat! It's more like a mains than snack though, given it's very filling and generous in portion too!

Chicken Tikka Masala 瑪莎拉串燒雞飯 $58Some authentic flavors of India! Wasn't a big fan of masala but this place have it executed just right! Tomato essence made the flavor more rich. I personally prefer thicker base though. Guilt free desserts (zero sugar): Kheer (Rice pudding) 米飯布丁( 無糖) $25Guilt free dessert! Who doesn't crave for some! This combination is intriguing! Ginger and rice and more condiments actually made it flavorsome!

Since I live about three blocks away, it was inevitable that I would stumble upon the new Masala Train restaurant in Wan Chai. The cute, colorful smiling train logo in bright red and yellow, advertising “healthy Indian food” caught my eye, since I like Indian food and always am looking for healthy food as well. Though it’s not necessarily easy to find, tucked under the MTR overpass that connects Immigration Tower with Johnston Road, right off Lockhart Road. It’s worth looking for.It’s not ideal

位於灣仔的印度式快餐店Masala Train鄰近灣仔港鐵出口，見到店外好多廣告牌一看便知有邊款野食，見到菜式的相片，都會想食多幾款飯。今次食左餐款是Biryani(咖哩雞肉炒飯) ，以現成香飯配印式醃味雞肉粒一起用鮮味的印式咖哩汁鑊炒，因此炒出來入口熱辣香味十足，令我食多好多炒飯，秘製咖哩汁是很有特色，食得耐更想著咖哩汁的可口的地方因為又能合香港人口味，會想試多幾樣午餐，下次一定要來試試吃。另外配以一些蕃茄青瓜粒塊作潤喉兼清腸胃享受，再加上白汁點味調味下，極盡印度式沙律風味。

Masala Train did catering for our Diwali party. The food was delivered on time and tasted exceptional. Fresh just the right amount of spice. The icing on the cake was the very reasonable pricing.Starters included Samosas and Chicken Tikka. Main course included three curries, veg biriyani paratha followed buy Gulab Jamun for dessert. My absolute favourites were Samosas, chicken masala ad Dal. Will definitely order from them for my daughter's baby shower.

Masala Train is a cosy little shop with big flavours. Wewent in there to have a small snack. But the Vada Pav and Masala Chai tasted sogood that we had to try more things. I would highly recommend the JalapenoPoppersroll and Palak Paneer.

之前去完灣仔會展覽，行到出黎有D肚餓，咁岩經過呢間印度菜外賣店，價錢唔貴就入去試試醫下個肚～這間外賣店都是以外賣為主，但也有設少量的立食位置，可以在店內食用～食物都是以印度菜為主～印度咖哩角（HK$30）印度咖哩角跟我們平時港式食到的不同，份量比較大，即時即炸，咖哩味好香好惹味，皮比較厚身是印度咖哩角的特色，不錯！咖哩串燒雞肉卷（HK$58）即叫即製好熱騰騰，份量都幾大件，入面除左有雞肉外，還有不少雜菜作為配菜，口感十足～味道不咸不濃，剛剛好，食完呢個卷都真係幾飽肚！

今日同妹妹行街，由銅鑼灣Sogo行到灣仔地鐵站，覺得有D餓，記得地鐵出口旁有一間印度小食店叫Masala Train，這店裝修簡單，全店只得2個座位，似乎以外賣為主。收銀和廚師都是印度人，食物款式不多，夠曬印度feel的。真係好耐冇食過印度餐了！妹妹喜歡食羊，於是叫左個少辣的Lamb Keema Roll，即叫即做，用錫紙包著長長的Roll，很香熱，既重份量，又夠Juicy，裡面塞滿羊肉碎，有洋蔥和青椒做配料，當然少不了香料喇！好好味，讚！由於以前在印度食過，對比不辣的印度香飯Chicken Biryani，所以想食過翻尋味，飯是用黃薑煮的，用兩頭尖的印度米，粒粒分明，雞就有點乾身，反而有點驚喜的是旁邊的配菜，青瓜和蕃茄粒，加埋酸奶醬汁，很有清新感。最後叫左個Mango Lassi芒果加酸奶的飲品，好有濃郁的芒果味，甜中帶酸，個人很喜歡這味道，正好中和食物裡印度香料的味道，如果再凍D就更好。

My friend and I are going to watch movie tonight at 7:50pm. We decide to eat something before watching movie. As my friend finish work at 6:30pm in Kowloon, I buy a take away food and share with her. 今日飲咗一個特色嘅下午茶平日我都有飲奶茶嘅習慣，我今日第一次飲呢一個印度奶茶，同我哋平時飲嗰啲真係唔同㗎，佢特別香滑，唔同嘅師傅真係唔同嘅手勢，你哋真係要試下佢有一個炸得脆脆的素菜咖喱角，佢唔會好辣，好多人都會接受到，再配埋啲素菜來處理，濃淡味都齊曬，口感非常豐富，再加上佢嘅特製點醬汁，唔係每一間都做得咁好食，脆得嚟又鬆化，令你越食越想食仲有個芝士卷，係用正中嘅印度式薄餅皮，烘得卜卜脆，濃味嘅芝士再加上多種素菜，配合得惹味非常。

平時食一卷卷嗰啲印度野，通常都叫估kebab，今次依間叫佢做Roll！上星期去完美食展之後覺得唔係幾飽，坐港鐵前買個Roll食埋先！入面地方比較窄，不過都有兩個伙記，佢地都幾用心製作，將啲生菜，洋蔥，蕃茄，青椒慢慢砌上塊薄餅到！之後佢地原來喺用肉碎，而且份量勁多！唔知係咪因為咁所以唔叫kebab叫做roll呢！我叫咗羊肉keema roll！個卷包完鍚紙會再拎去烘一烘，所以拎上手好熱！一打開已經見到有勁多肉碎！頭先都唔覺個roll咁大條！你睇吓啲料幾足！羊肉有少少騷，佢撈咗啲醬落去，所以惹味得黎又唔會好乾！食完之後見佢仲有個好特別嘅蘿蔔布丁！蘿蔔味唔算好重，有提子乾同玉桂喺入面，不過雖然話係布丁，但全部都係蘿蔔碎，所以都幾飽吓⋯最好係有中文餐牌喺門口！

口淡淡唔知食咩好, 經過Masala Train, 記得之前見同事食過，佢話好食，推薦過俾我，隱約記得係呢間，即管入去試下！ 環境好干淨整齊，服務超好，好好笑容！共有十一個款式選擇，我揀左羊肉卷+Mango Lassi!羊肉卷$68 - 即叫即做，整卷長約7吋，入面超多五香羊肉碎，仲有青豆, 洋蔥、青椒粒！五香羊肉咖哩味好濃，我選了大辣，好好味，又juice! 外層薄餅皮夠晒薄！大讚！Mango Lassi $25 - 芒果味濃，帶點兒酸甜酸甜，好開胃，配埋羊肉卷，味道中和了，不覺得油膩！

今日公司安排我去灣仔上堂，一個人lunch都唔知食咩.. 又驚貴..行行下 竟然搵到呢間係天橋下嘅 malasa train, 心諗：太岩我啦！一個人食又唔礙眼，我見好多人都係一個人食，不過多數都外國人。 自從離開校園後都無食過wraps &rolls了, 今日可以回味下門口有中文餐牌，唔識讀個名可以係入面拎個menu指幅圖（我就係咁）我叫左個chicken keema roll ，都幾長一條，可揀辣或唔辣。Masala Tea , 印度嘅奶茶，其實幾好飲！ 比平時飲嘅港式奶茶香甜，茶葉味無咁濃講番個chicken keema, 入面除左有雞肉之外，仲有 青椒 洋蔥 蕃茄 豆，好似食到有酸瓜，酸酸辣辣咁幾開胃！醬汁都幾多，食落唔會乾，我幾鐘意！食完一條之後已經飽左，總之唔好咁貪心叫多樣小食啦食飽後，小食來啦！印度咖哩角，我都係第一次食，但咖哩味唔係好出，皮都幾脆嘅 但有點厚。總括：呢度嘅wraps and rolls 幾岩香港人口味，又大份

放工後要趕到灣仔上課，一岀地鐵站就見到旁邊有間印度菜小店，主打飯類和卷類。我已有一段時間沒有吃過印度菜，見到不同的rolls已覺吸引，見到店主又是正宗印度人，這晚的晚餐就一於在Masala Train解決吧！小店舖面不大，只有四個座位，明顯主要做外賣或快食。雖然店主和店員都不諳中文，但餐牌中英對照，點餐沒有難度。Lamb keem roll 羊肉卷($68)羊肉卷塞滿羊肉碎，份量很足，毫不欺場。一咬，甚有驚喜，雖然店主是正宗印度人，但羊肉不會下過多的香料，味道不會太濃太鹹，調味恰到好處，十分惹味。羊肉碎也十分juicy，配合清新的蔬菜、蕃茄、黃椒等，剛好平衡了羊肉的濃郁，不錯！店員準備過程中還有問我能接受的辣度，十分體貼呢！Mango Lassi ($25)每次吃印度菜，我總要來一杯mango lassi ，香甜的芒果混合着奶香，甜美誘人，這杯mango lassi也沒有令我失望。雖然只是一頓快飯，但店主甜美的笑容和殷切的態度令我留下深刻印象，有機會一定再來！
