今日喺東涌購物完畢後，行到腳都好攰，諗住食餐豐富嘅午餐。見到呢間餐廳好多人介紹，位置嚟東薈城唔係好遠，就去試試。呢間餐廳近海堤灣畔，近海，吹下海風環境優越，最岩chill 一個下晏。餐廳主打印度菜同泰國菜，各有menu。我地兩個國家嘅菜都有試1）Butter Chicken-傳統印度式，yogurt 同咖喱味濃郁，大大嚿雞肉，配上薄餅一流2) Lamb Rogan Josh-羊肉炆得好嫰滑，香料味濃郁，冇羊騷味，唔會好漏3) Nan and Roti-可以揀唔同味道，大大塊，配上咖喱汁，好滿足4) 馬拉盞炒通菜-好大碟，清新解油膩5）香茅炸雞翼-炸得金黃酥脆，好香口

On this occasion, we decided to explore their Thai offerings, and we were not disappointed.To start our meal, we ordered the Tom Yum Noodles and the Squid in Belacan Sauce. The Tom Yum Noodles were a highlight—rich and fragrant, with a perfect balance of spicy and sour flavors. The broth was infused with fresh herbs and spices, making each spoonful a comforting experience. The squid, served in a savory Belacan sauce, was a treat. It was tender and beautifully complemented by the bold flavors of the sauce, which added a delightful kick.For our main dish, we opted for the Nua Yang Takrai. This grilled beef dish was absolutely delicious, featuring succulent slices of meat infused with the aromatic essence of lemongrass. The accompanying dipping sauce provided a zesty contrast that enhanced the overall flavor profile.To accompany our meal, we chose two refreshing drinks: Yellow Sky and Mange Blast. The Yellow Sky was a light, citrusy beverage that perfectly complemented the spiciness of our dishes, while the Mange Blast was a sweet, fruity treat that added a fun twist to our dining experience.Overall, Mint & Basil impressed us with its flavorful Thai menu and inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, making our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mint & Basil for anyone looking to savor delicious Thai cuisine in a welcoming setting.

之前同朋友去完昂坪 360，已經試過一次呢間餐廳。室內有冷氣，室外仲有露天座位，尤其係黃昏時間嚟食飯，感覺幾有 Feel 🌅 🌴 呢度係 Fusion 餐廳，Menu 有兩本，一本係印度菜，一本係泰越菜，仲有好多款 Cocktail 🍸 今次再 Encore 叫返上次食過嘅 Butter Chicken，真係幾好食 😋 牛油咖喱雞 Butter Chicken $128 蒜蓉烤餅 Naan (Garlic) $36 呢個 Butter Chicken 醬汁香濃又 Creamy，雞肉算嫩滑得嚟又入味，配埋蒜香烤餅點醬食，正！烤餅外面微脆內軟，蒜香味唔會過濃，亦唔會搶走咖喱嘅香味 🫶🏻 印式烤羊排 (3件) Lamb Chops $238 呢個烤羊排真係超～好～味！三件一 Set 用咗印度香料醃過，仲有微酸嘅乳酪醬點嚟提味，燒到外層微焦，但內裡仲保持住肉汁，羊味一啲都唔羶，啖啖肉好滿足 🤤 鑊仔炒雜菜 Phad Pak Ruam $88 呢個炒雜菜平衡返，唔會淨係食肉咁 heavy 🥦 入面有好多款蔬菜，好似芥蘭、椰菜花、紅蘿蔔、西蘭花、玉米芯咁，炒得清新爽口，唔會煮過龍或者好油膩，食完都唔會覺得熱氣！泰式奶茶 Thai Iced Milk Tea $55 呢杯泰式奶茶茶味幾香，仲可以自己加糖調節甜度，幾好飲 👍🏻 下次如果去開東涌，真係唔駛淨係困喺商場入面搵嘢食，行遠些少嚟呢度，食完仲可以去海邊散吓步，舒服又 Relaxing 🌊
