When it comes to indulgent comfort food, pizza maru is one of the restaurant on my list. The pizza dough unlike other pizza, it is incredibly soft, with just the right amount of chewiness and waterfall amount of melted cheese on the top and in the middle. It provides the perfect base to highlight the freshness of the ingredients layered on top. We have ordered Bulgogi Chicago Pizza, the tomato bursts with natural sweetness and very juicy. Together, these elements create a harmonious balance of texture and flavor that will leave you craving more.Honey Garlic Chicken with Cracker is a delightful side dish that surprises you with its crispy yet tender bite. The chicken is coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze that’s both sweet and tangy, while the cracker adds a crunchy texture that’s simply addictive.To wash it all down, I always paired the meal with a Coke that offers a fully guilty fizz yet very refreshing and satisfying. 早兩三星期去食，嗰陣冇咩餐廳開，就試吓呢間餐廳. Pizza同埋雞係好食嘅，但係員工嘅態度就麻麻.我哋有兩個小朋友，問咗佢個意粉辣唔辣，佢話係有啲胡椒味.但嚟到我哋食咗兩啖，發覺嗰啲唔係淨係胡椒味咁簡單，係有落Tabasco去做個汁. 如果佢一開始講到話係辣嘅，我哋都冇咩所謂，但係呢個特登嗌俾小朋友食，搞到佢哋又食唔到.後來我哋同事講返，呢個係有辣椒味. 佢哋唔好意思都冇，話係咁樣.撇除呢兩樣嘢，啲嘢食係好食嘅，不過就有啲小貴. 叫做三樣嘢食，埋單差唔多$600去啟德唔會再食呢間嘢.

終於食到韓劇中的五行Pizza了！一次過可以嚐到多種口味，非常適合多心的我！Pizza Maru 的出品，見到賣相已經垂涎三尺！Maru 5 經典五行 13” $208五款經典口味係韓式燒牛肉、辣肉腸、煙肉配薯角、香辣雞肉及粟米，批面鋪滿馬蘇里拉芝士及車打芝士，配搭蛋黃醬、牛扒醬、香辣醬及蕃茄醬底。味道相當濃郁豐富，辣肉腸極有鹹香，我最鍾意清清地的粟米芝士。Mango Makgeolli $78與濃郁的五行薄餅是絕配，馬加利酒香甜味爽，添上水果口味更完美，我揀芒果因為最有水果之酸甜味。大大杯，望落去就似足芒果汁，可口美味，平衡了薄餅的飽滯感，可以重新再吃。同伴點了午餐，因為抵食多嘢食，每款都是百多元，包一杯普通飲品。古法漢堡扒意粉 $128 最正係個蕃茄忌廉汁，鮮橙顏色已經好吸引，忌廉豐富，但又唔會過於黏稠，連埋幾粒新鮮車厘茄一齊食，香甜滋味；煙韌的意粉浸透其中，非常掛汁，配上漢堡扒的肉香，完美配搭，呢個真係好食。追加項目：田園沙律 $15配酸汁，新鮮爽脆。熱咖啡 $18咖啡水準正常，喜歡啲奶，很香滑。今次係特別走到啟德體育園的 Pizza Maru，所謂先睹為快，順便食晏。餐廳佈置氣氛輕鬆，色彩鮮艷，充滿年青氣息。韓式西餐廳，確有其特色，Pizza 與意粉全部都係紅紅哋顏色！不過又唔使擔心，唔係幾辣嘅啫！

I recently visited this Korean restaurant expecting the usual delightful experience, but I was left SUPER disappointed. 1. I've never encountered a Korean restaurant that sells fried chicken without offering any beer. It's such a classic pairing, and it felt like a major oversight. There is NO beer available, it shows how poor the inventory managment. 2. To add to my frustration, I learned about a company policy that refrains customers from bringing their own beverages. This made the experience even less enjoyable, as I couldn't find an alternative drink that complemented my meal.3. When we placed order at 17:35, no one informed us that waiting for a simple pizza would take 1 hour, we waited until 18:15 to check with the waiter, he then told us that additional 25-30 mins is required, and my daughter was starving, and he just simply explain that additional time is expected and need today, without even having one thought to chase the order for us. So today I finally know making one pizza take 1 hour is completely normal and it’s my fault to expect my pizza to be ready in reasonable time frame.4. 2 adult 1 child, there were only 2 plates given without serving water, until we asked them after 20 mins seated.5. The restaurant didn’t seem to be ready for service, food, and drink, then why bother to open?We ended up ordering just 6 pieces of chicken and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Yet, we still saw people lining up outside & wish them all the best in their experience at this restaurant

很多人說Pizza Maru好食，所以來試試。最後極之失望。首先餐廳嚴重缺乏人手，等很久都沒有任何服務。大部份員工都是菲律賓人，通常他們都非常熱情和親切，但這裡的職員可能因為他們實在太忙，導致情緒不好，服務態度非常差。其實如果他們不夠人手，可以做個app下單。叫了Pizza 同炸雞，其中一個Pizza等了一小時，而且所有食物都不熱，味道也很一般。應該不會再來。見到很多人在外面排隊，差點想告訴他們不要等。哈哈😂
