朝早趕番工，早餐最緊要快，但又想食個美味早餐，呢度就啱喇。喺地鐵站經過，揀咗呢個牛油果雞蛋早餐長法包。好大片牛油果🥑食落好fresh又creamy，配蛋沙律真係好夾原來食得健康都可以好好味！

I love cheese and sandwiches so this was the one for me.The cheese was tasty because it was nice and sharp balanced by the lovely green leaves and tangy Pret pickle.As well as the filling, the whole grain bread made it really healthy with a touch of fibre.Next time I am going to try the Posh Cheese and Tomato baguette.

Went there at around 3 pm for a quick late-lunch during so I missed the long queue there which was pretty lucky. Searching around the shelves, I picked up the Coconut Chia Bowl last. You'll get a tissue when you pay for the food. 午餐想試新野 所以外賣左個泰國咖哩雞藜麥飯！一打開蓋咖哩味湧出 好香濃 比平時食開既日式咖哩多左香料味 而質地亦都較杰身！但講到最特別都係藜麥飯 第一次食感覺新奇 原來唔單止口感好彈牙仲qq  邊食邊研究藜麥既營養價值 原來佢比白米更容易消化 而且不含膽固醇同麩質 所以係好健康！以後可以大條道理食多d了.

Pret!!! 一黎中環 就一定要來呢度買嘢食！新界區冇乜。呢度嘅薄餅卷真係好好味，今次就諗住試吓新野：印度咖喱雞藜勿飯。好香！啲飯食落都唔粗口，唔會好似平時食啲粗健康飯咁，不過醬號比例多左啲 所以咸左啲太重味。但如果送埋佢啲薄餅一齊食就OK不過都要$65蚊，pret啲野食黎講 差不多啦。不過下次都係買返薄餅卷

上班族匆匆忙忙，有時候什至不能正經吃一頓，Pret有凍食及熱食供外賣之用，甚至於繁忙的地鐵站亦有分店。本來進內是想買個湯頂頂肚，但發現有藜麥飯，實在不能不試。羽衣甘藍營養價值豐富，是健康族的新寵，但此蔬菜不夠熟會有苦澀味。Pret把它煮得有點像菠菜，但略嫌有點太咸。細心地加入了藜麥，令湯較飽肚。咖哩飯很香，不太辣，帶點甜味，飯雖然高纖，但不會太硬，很適合注重健康的一代。

因為呢間係公司樓下🐒🐒，所以返工嘅時候會買埋早餐😋😋。食嚟食去都係個D😌😌，我都有D😓😓悶。牛角包芝士火腿牛角包已經係完全'林'曬🙊🙊，一啲都唔香口酥脆🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️。入面個料，就係我之前好鍾意食嘅長法包芝士火腿嘅芝士火腿，好似冇沙侓醬🤔🤔，個包冇芝士味冇火腿味，整體冇咩味道。我就係因為唔想食太硬嘅包，所以冇買法包，而係牛角包。🙅🏻🙅🏻法包芝士火腿好好食，係第一次食嘅時候就好好食，之後買嘅已經冇咁好食，芝士火腿份量好似少咗，啖啖都有料ga。🙊🙊煙肉堡好簡單，麵包口感麻麻，😫煙肉麻麻地。個人口味：煙肉配麵包，😫😫整體怪怪地。Latte咖啡系你買個包，再加啲錢就有。我同你地講，如果你哋係趕時間，千祈唔好加咖啡。第一整好耐第二一啲都唔好飲🙄🙄 杯咖啡一啲咖啡香都冇，奶勁多。

好想飲綠色野？返工放工都必經中環站返工嘅時候突然間好想飲綠色野腸胃好啲、感覺有健康啲好想飲綠色野Cold press apple, celery, cucumber, spinach, ginger and lime呢支野好似中國話減肥好有效嗰啲五青汁不過完之後打晒冷震😨😝呢間野喺置地廣場我都有幫襯開置地廣場嗰間通常係買湯同埋沙律中環地鐵站呢間通常係買三文治同埋果汁做早餐呢間野唔算平但品質好穩定、而且所有果汁都好新鮮而且係cold press，符合都市人讕係健康嘅原則呢支果汁唔算大支標價＄55

今日又去呢間買早餐，去買未食過嘅包🍞🍞。雖然我好想食火腿芝士法國麵包🤔🤔🤔，但又想食新野好唔好味，最後都係買咗新嘢🙌🏻🙌🏻。三文魚雞蛋芝士包🍞🍞🍞麵包係軟包，冇法包咁好味😓😓😓。雖然入面嘅三文魚份量都好多👌🏻，但係啲三文魚好韌🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️好'鞋'😫。同埋有少少腥，早餐唔多啱食三文魚😂😂。三文魚浸味好重，完全掩蓋曬雞蛋同埋芝士嘅味道。都係法包好食好多

今晨好想食嘢💪🏻💪🏻，所以決定去買麵包👍🏻👍🏻。我入咗去揀咗之前一直想食嘅長法包😋😋😋。雖然一個包＄18，對我來講係有啲貴，😂😂😂但係我都好想食🥖🥖🥖。火腿芝士長法包法包糸有烘過嘅👏🏻，法包唔系勁硬，少少硬，少少脆，總之食得舒服嘅。入面D火腿分量足夠，芝士都系🙌🏻，配埋芥末蛋黃醬👍🏻，好正！法包食落去，好香橄欖油，一面好似仲有啲胡椒粒？食落去好似Pizza😍。＄18其實都OK，不過再平啲就最好啦。👉🏻👈🏻真係好味！如果你想飲茶或者咖啡，一個套餐30幾蚊。🤔🤔有機會要試吓佢哋啲咖啡先，希望好飲啦。

今日唔餓🙈，一直諗緊食咩好。最後我揀咗公司樓下地鐵站嘅麵包店，買三文治。🌯🥗🥖入面有好多野揀，選擇困難症發作。😋😋😋最後我揀咗小龍蝦三明治。有果仁麵包，系健康，但當然冇白麵包好味。🍞雖然系果仁麵包，但有小龍蝦沙律夾住黎食，系ok嘅。麵包入面有火箭菜👍🏻🥗，雖然分量唔多，價錢又唔平，但間唔中去食下都🙂okay。😌😌下次我想食一盒沙律，maybe煙三文魚，好似好正咁。🤗🤗

新開的分店，昨天收工經過已嚷著想食。。。想食好耐個小龍蝦三文治，半份已索價26，實在不便宜。用上麥包是我所喜，菜算新鮮但好像是火箭菜，包裝幾精美，蝦肉都蝦牙，個汁唔太濃，味道啱啱好，有少少黑胡椒調味tim。標榜日日製造保証新鮮更是上班族追求健康既大喜。
