very attractive weekday set lunch a French 3 course lunch for $288 in Central!!! Do remember to save room for dessert.Superb coffee, the pastries or dessert are worthy of an afternoon tea drop by.The steak tartare is excellent, I am not a fan of truffles, so i had them hold the truffles, but if truffles is your thing, you will enjoy it. Had Bouchot mussels before, very well done, and I am not sharing it. Do try the mussels in white wine sauce.The French Onion soup is really good, made with the oxtail.The Lobster spaghetti is evil, you are not going to regret it.my dessert list: lemon tart. millefeuille, strawberry sable, mont blanc. in order.For Hong Kong standards, this place is really great value for money. It is a hidden gem of Hong Kong.

We had a wonderful time dining at Town 93’s dinner event. Food was exquisite, surrounding was cozy & comfortable and service was excellent! It was a collaboration dinner between Chef Lionel Bodros & Cheffe Hrloise Fischbagh. We will definitely come back and try their weekend brunch.

What attracted me to check out this French cafe / restaurant was actually the bearbrick decorations. Now that I’ve been to this place a few times and tried a number of different dishes, I gotta say the main courses (meat or fish) and the desserts never disappointed me. Also special shout out to the coffee flavoured hazelnut egg white snacks they sell at the counter. Super yummy~

Avoid avoid avoid ! Prepared to be ripped off I was looking forward to trying this place as I was attracted to the signboards down below. I thought it would be a nice French Bistro serving hearty food. Instead of a relaxing cafe, as it’s decor leads you to believe it tries to be something it isn’t. A wanna be fine dining restaurant…When asked if we would like any water we both said warm water and the server immediately advised us this would cost $28 a glass ! So my photos say it all, it charges $288 for set lunch and if you want to upgrade to steak flank they will charge an extra $70, if you want to upgrade your dessert from a tiramisu they will charge you an extra $42. I understand the odd $20 extra but I can go buy another slice of cake and coffee for that extra cost elsewhere ! Apologies as I didn’t take a photo of the menu. Appetizers were soup / salad and poached egg / and for the other main course choices were a cheesy pasta and a grilled salmon with salad which both sounded unappealing. As we upgraded to the measly steak flank paying and extra $70 there were no fries or mash!!! And only 3 little tiny eggplants (not even rib eye or sirloin btw)the set lunch cost us $358+10% service charge. For $400 set lunch I expect better service and better /bigger portions !!!And we didn’t even get any drinks…. Not even any tap water as we would have been charged $30 including service charge! $400 Does not include any drinks what so ever not even TAPWATER!!!!Unfortunately I will not be going again to get ripped off. Location is great but other than that nothing else stands out for this place

呢間係 米芝蓮三星主廚開主理甜品所以就一於試試佢😉Madeleine表面有層朱古力朱古力層就未算脆口蛋糕有食完有點口乾蛋糕味未算濃Le Mont Blanc最初諗住有D實/質感不過入口相對輕軟(cream一般既感覺)栗子蓉細滑淡淡都有點甜度頂頭栗子粒都有甜處理過亦好鬆軟中底層就係脆餅➕creambreak me up表面係蕉糖脆餅用木槌打碎令中間既cream夾雜脆餅🤨而cream有榛子粒,乳酪結:推薦👍🏻break me up:多層口感,ig ableLe Mont Blanc:有驚喜🤩綿滑#breakmeup#LeMontBlanc#Madeleine#Town93Cafe
