I used to come here a lot. But tonight was a nightmare for my whole family.There were too many customers looked like visitors of an exhibition as some wore entry badges. They were drinking and speaking very loud but the restaurant did close the window and divide the “drink” customers from the dining tables. 有一日行左上黎呢間餐廳同朋友食午餐。唔算多人，繁忙時間在繁忙的中環不用等位非常令人感動。同朋友一人一個set lunch，我點的是牛為主菜嘅餐。咬口軟硬適中，每一啖肉都非常入味。前菜沙律，入面有四五隻蝦，算是足料。總體來說在中環成為一百多元一個人的午餐來說， 性價比還可以。現場音樂比較大聲，如果要傾心事就唔係太適合。

周五晚上忽然想吃牛扒，在OpenRice一搜，最近的是Wagyu. 以前都是在这家喝一杯，从来没有吃过正餐，这次就相信食评的打分尝试一下。当你不抱很高期望的时候，往往收获更多。从汤到沙拉到牛排到烤鸡，样样好味！连牛排的配菜和调味汁都格外出众。我选的配菜是蒜味土豆泥，牛排汁选的是芝士的。真的是上乘品质！而且每道菜的份量都是很澳洲风格-大！以后想吃rich又美味的西式美食还会来Wagyu!

某日下晏經過中環探朋友順便一齊食飯, 就帶左我黎呢間好多外國人聚腳既澳洲餐廳Wagyu , lunch set 都係如餐牌中一款頭盤加一款主菜, 我自己就比較鐘意第3款 Goat cheese salad,  大大碟配埋雪白色既山羊乳酪, 酸酸地食完好鬼醒胃! 朋友仔就叫左另一款造型相當精緻既吞拿魚芒果沙律 , 主菜我地都揀左牛扒配薯溶, 有好香牛味, 不過胃口大既有可能唔夠飽. 最後個甜品唔記得影相山羊乳酪什菜沙律吞拿魚芒果carpaccio牛扒配薯溶

今日假期又早左起身 打算去食個brunch 係中環呢間Wagyu 吾知點解有好多鬼佬中意係席食brunch 而且如果星期五夜晚經過既話 就會見到非常多之既人企係到飲酒今日叫左個sausage egg bacon burger 同ginger & lemon tea 其實茶就係用twiling既茶包 個burger 既份量都幾大 應該係鬼佬份量 一個人無咩可能食得晒 個味道其實都係平平無奇 無咩特別話好味 但都過得去 不過連咪野飲加一就要成200幾蚊 呢個質素既話 有d貴 可能係食個氣氛

Wagyu has always been on my restaurant rota. It’s another of Castelo’s well managed restaurants. Location is prime and the menu offers a bit of everything (mainly Western or fusion), prepared very much Anglo style (not recommended if you’re looking for authentic, continental European). Came here for a friends birthday. The ambience is nice and the tables big and comfy. However, the waitress who took our order bought the wrong dish "beef pie" instead of a "burger" even when we pointed at it and forgot some of the drinks too. The main issue however was the continual pestering of wether we wanted more alcoholic drinks. Over the course of the meal the waitress asked my friend 6 times wether he wanted another beer. It made us annoyed and uncomfortable and i wouldnt even expect this

又到星期五，又係時候食返餐happy lunch!今次朋友提議去遠少少，上到去雲咸街食lunch. Wagyu 係真係有少少遠既（對lunch hour 黎講），不過環境非常舒服，全場大部分都係happy Friday 既外國人。lunch set, 又幾抵食wo! $148 包左starter + main + 甜品，抵！我地3個人，點左Grilled Steak, 再散叫左 一個mushroom risotto 仲有一個wagyu burger, started 就揀左個黎麥salad首先個grill steak 配幼身薯條，本身個steak 已經切好一條條，都有成6份架，仲配左一個芝士汁，好好味wo 撈薯條一流！burger 呢，非常足料，個和牛漢堡肉真係唔講得少，係啖啖肉，不過3個人分就有d 麻類，食burger 呢d 都係一個人食最爽。risotto 係非常重芝士味既！都係勁岩我口味，飯唔會太硬又夠晒味！呢到唯一缺點係，服務無論上菜定埋單，都係好好好慢既（真係好散漫既Happy Friday)甜品由於太趕住走（而且好飽），都唔記得左叫lu. 下次一定要記住食埋先走呀！

話咁快又嚟食，有時都費事同一間寫幾次食評好似做媒咁，不過又真係好想同大家分享下🙊今日再嚟同兩個月前個menu已經唔同左，但都仲係$148加一有前菜主菜甜品。今日個前菜係salmon kebab，三文魚好滑，不過點嗰個汁又好似唔係幾夾，側邊啲洋蔥好鬼死辣，食幾條就食唔到喇。主菜等到有少少閔... sea bass皮脆肉嫩嘅，托底係豆？食完都唔知咩嚟，上碟嗰下下面嗰堆野係凍嘅，食食下係塊魚整暖佢一齊食，味道一般。今日揀左甜品冇揀餐茶，甜品係好求其嘅blueberry cheesecake，反而雪糕唔錯，見到有雲尼拿籽😮😮上次食ribeye感覺良好，今日嗌個魚就覺得一般喇，同行友人今日嗌牛排，我望住佢嗰碟真係覺得後悔到呢... 塊排好厚，配個薯蓉都好正😫所以你話去牛肉專門店唔食牛食咩？

We had dinner after happy hour in LKF. wine list not special, but it was not the focus anyway. we had a pizza to fill our stomach. Turned out the steak on the pizza tender and tasty and with balance portion of cheese and tomato sauce. Thickness of pizza also well done.

中環返開工出名食飯貴，有時返耐左真係對價錢盲目哂中環西餐最多，但其實質素可以好參次...今日試下新野，一入到去其實啲枱好大張坐得好舒服唔會迫，$148前菜+main+飲品/甜品，係絕對合理嘅價錢前菜嗌左個湯同沙律，見習食家唔慣相機食先所以唔記得左影牛排要左medium，火侯掌握得好好唔會over-cooked，切開都仲好juicy，最想推介係個薯條！本身都好鍾意食粗薯條，因為粗先食到薯仔味，呢個仲落左garlic，勁惹味！Lamb masala，份量夠哂大碟，味道ok啦，都係覺得嗌steak抵食啲明明諗住食埋個甜品，點知2course已經飽到食唔落，嗌杯餐茶作結就算喇

Lunch 幾抵食百幾蚊有前菜，main course仲可以叫埋甜品。嘢食都好有水準，前菜好特別魚生包住goose cheese, main course叫左sea bass，都幾好食，可以再encore。

I went to wagyu to have a birthday lunch with a friend and asked the waiter if it would be possible to put a little candle ( or something similar) on the birthday girls dish. He said that he would take care of that. But in the end nothing happend- kind of disappointing, he didn't even say sorry or have an explanation why it couldn't be done. As well I ordered the steak from the set lunch menu in medium rare. When I got it, it was more medium well than medium rare. The ravioli as appetizer were

感謝妮坦的威力，令我有半日嘅休假(笑). 反正都要遲早上路返工， 中午時間我落左去wagyu 吃個靚靚早餐雖然仲係8 號波， 餐廳內都已經有d 人~ 平時係呢度經常吃wagyu breakbreak(english breakfast style) 同埋smoked salmon& egg sandwich, 今次吃個甜嘅~ 叫左客pancake. 3 塊pancake 加上一球雪糕， 配上新鮮雜莓， 淋上honey 的pancake 吸晒精華， 配上溶溶地嘅雪糕， 唔會太甜。 超fresh~ 呢度pancake 熱辣辣同埋蠻可口， only 吃pancake 都好好味， 加埋杯冰咖啡，柔柔暗暗的new york 60's 裝修 再次感謝妮坦給的的半日假~
