Typical Peruvian dish w/ the raw Buri, which is Aka yellowtail(油甘鱼) & served in sashimi🐟 they added the citrus garlic oil, red pickled chili & chives before serving. It’s fresh n savoury, but slightly tough n chewy🥺 love their uniqueness but it didn’t suit my preference🥲

We ordered medium for grilled USA rib eye steak that was crispy outside n tender inside, the rocoto citrus butter was grassy n fresh🌶🍊🧈 but the steak was meaty🥰, so no need for any extra sauces was still fine😌highly recommended❤️

p.s. There’s a suitable place for celebration as we heard the birthday song for so many times🥳 the vibes were chill & food was good too but the music was quite loud, some people may not like it n think it’s a sound pollution?! Generally, I thought it’s acceptable for a 2 hours dining time😎
