A great burger place in HK that deserves more attention!
They are N+ Burger, and the first burger shop in HK to have their own pasture in Australia, making burgers with 100% natural and premium Angus beef.
Their sourdough burger buns are especially soft and chewy.
Among the two burgers we tried, I particularly liked the [ Limited truffle burger ] as it had this strong truffle aroma, and the sautéed brown shimeji mushroom just added loads of flavors and texture to the burger. Not to be missed!

湾仔利东街旁有一家今年新开业的汉堡店《N+ Burger》
汉堡好好吃，牛肉肉汁丰富，有多种特殊又好吃的酱汁可供搭配；面包松软又带牛油香🍔
这次跟朋友一人一个汉堡套餐，尝了两款汉堡、薯条、薯角、特色饮料，只是单层牛肉都已经相当满足🥰
特别喜欢汉堡的包装，即使肉汁多，也不会滴出，不会吃得很狼狈
到餐厅时，下层已经满座；周围看看，才发现还有第二层，而且环境还更宽敞～
-餐厅主打以澳洲牧场直送的安格斯牛肉🐮制成的全天然牛肉汉堡
这是否汉堡好吃的原因，我不清楚，但绝对是一个卖点！
另外，面包用上酸种面包，又厚又松软🍞

经典培根汉堡
餐厅主要提供四款汉堡－经典系列 (两款) 和 限定系列 (两款、配搭特殊酱汁)，另外这阵子也有另外一款特别口味的
这款〔经典培根汉堡〕用上4安士安格斯牛肉，还有汉堡的标准配置－番茄片、酸青瓜、绿毛菜、洋葱
可以选配三重蒜蓉酱汁／黑胡椒酱汁／千岛酱汁／无酱，我们选了三重蒜蓉酱汁 (+$5)，但味道不太突出

松露酱汉堡
这款用上6安士安格斯牛腩肉，饱足感特别高！
而且松露酱的松露味道超级浓，还配上炒本菇，加点爽脆口感和令香菇味道更为浓郁
好好吃！！喜欢松露、菇类的朋友，一定要尝！✨

薯条跟饮料都可以单点，也可以加$55把汉堡弄成套餐，加配薯条跟饮料

薯条跟薯角都很厚切，薯仔控一定十分喜欢！
可以选配BBQ / honey mustard / black pepper sauce / cajun powder
个人感觉黑胡椒酱跟汉堡较搭；另外三款跟薯条都很搭配
.N+ sparkling lemonade 有汽柠檬水
N+ sparkling limeade 有汽青柠柠檬水
饮料可选free flow汽水，也有柠檬水、青柠水，甚至热茶的选择
Lemonade跟limeade都是餐厅特制的饮料，清新酸甜的味道跟汉堡很配，也可以减减腻～🥤
