-The two of us ordered just two items, the { crispy fried tofu } and the { lobster with E-fu noodles and cheese }, but still left the restaurant with a full stomach because the noodle dish was super filling.

位于湾仔的《尚梦 • 茳煳》开业于去年九月，主打新派中菜。无论是菜式还是餐厅装潢，都在中式味道中流露著一丝摩登感觉
更特别的是这里还提供〔中式厨师发办〕，菜单由厨师设计；另外午市套餐还有不少选择。附近的打工仔又有多一个吃午餐的地方啦～
-一步进餐厅，会经过一排吧台；往内走就有数张卡座；楼上还有数间房间

茶以透明玻璃容器盛载，以小蜡烛保温
店员不时加热水、为客人倒茶，很贴心
-这天为了〔龙虾伊面〕而来，多点了一道小吃〔黄金豆腐〕
因为龙虾伊面份量十足，也比较腻，这样两道菜，两人已吃得非常饱
还是要多点人才可以多试一点菜式😛
本来还想试一下他们的〔大良炸鲜奶〕，只能有机会再来啦

像这道黄金豆腐售价$88，现在已涨价至$92
豆腐砖四件为一组，每组各叠成两层，三组总共12件，我们每人吃掉了六件，还没来主食已经饱了不少🤣
豆腐皮脆肉嫩，炸浆里加入了芝麻，加添香气；表面洒上辣粉，更惹味
但炸浆较厚，炸得比较硬～如果炸浆薄一点就更美味啦😋

这道菜为特别菜式，在主菜单里找不到～来之前看网上评论说「波士顿龙虾 $388、澳洲龙虾 $488」，但来到的时候已涨价至五百多，也没有龙虾品种的选择😅
卖相精致，伊面上盖上龙虾球、澎湃的芝士酱汁还有芝士脆片，打卡一流🥰
酱汁用上了三款芝士：低脂芝士、巴马臣芝士、车打芝士，还配上巴马臣芝士脆片
芝士味道浓郁，味道层次丰富，绝非外面吃到的只有淡淡的芝士奶油味
龙虾鲜味浓浓，口感弹牙，沾上芝士的咸香🧀
吃下去非常满足，但多吃还是会有点腻，建议多人分享喔🥢
