Signature cocktails are themed around the galaxy 🌌, so there are eight different drinks, each named after a planet, and an extra one being “Planet X”! 🪐
Snacks are in Japanese style - takoyaki, donburi and tuna tartare to name a few. I definitely enjoyed the 【Loaded Tokyo Fries】which had Kewpie mayo, katsuobushi flakes and tonkatsu sauce on top!

港岛东最棒的rooftop bar莫过于位于太古东隅酒店 East Hong Kong的《Sugar》！
-位于酒店32楼的高楼层，可以饱览港岛东海景，对岸是九龙东——蓝田、观塘、九龙湾等区域，也可以看见鲗鱼涌这边的商厦、住宅等
-酒吧有室内及露天阳台位置，两个位置空间感都十足，座位也相当舒服
有幸安排到室外露台最边上的位置，景观一流，令人目不暇给！
尤其是最近天气清凉又没下雨，坐在室外特别的chill！
-11月份逢星期四五六有驻场DJ 打碟，音乐提升整体氛围，又不会太吵耳，聊天不用喊
整体气氛相当休闲～下班来喝个一两杯最适合不过
甚至连洗手间都十分打卡able！
-Sugar的signature cocktails以「八大行星」为主题🪐，第九杯Planet X神秘感满满！
另外也有classic cocktails、其他酒精类、mocktails等
佐酒小吃走日式路线，吞拿鱼他他、章鱼烧、油甘鱼丼饭等，都是酒吧里少见的小吃呢🎌

每一杯特色鸡尾酒卖相都十分精致，包括这杯【Mercury】
结合了两款冧酒、orange bitters以及Darjeeling tea，在带甜的酒精味道里也带点浓茶的香气
另外还配上冧酒奶冻，酒味突出，一口酒、一口奶冻，好搭！配搭得宜又创意十足

这杯是无酒精鸡尾酒～是酸酸甜甜的柚子乳酪梳打，杯边还放上的粒粒脆米通，感觉好小朋友！(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
•Loaded Tokyo Fries 东京炸薯条 ($138)
上文有提到Sugar的佐酒小吃走日式路线🎌，想不到在经典的炸薯条里，也可以加入日式元素！
幼薯条新鲜热辣，吃下去好脆，份量也满多
配上沙律酱、木鱼花、饭素、日式吉列猪扒酱，有点章鱼烧的感觉，想不到这样配搭都好好食！

这里也有提供日式串烧，可选鸡肉、舞茸菇或北海道带子，一客三串
鸡肉串烧还是日式烧鸟店的比较好吃，但这里胜在有超chill的气氛跟绝美景观！
