有日行过时代广场后街，见到既可爱又抵死嘅白懒猫🐱 醒起 IG 介绍过呢间小店以拿破仑起家，我呢个拿破仑控就秒速被佢吸咗入去。橱窗内有多款口味，即食细细件啱晒我一个人。虽然个饼唔甜，每层酥皮都厚身，但酥化嘅口感就差少少🤏 内馅嘅 cream 比较厚身，唔够细致幼滑，有点失望，惟有同白懒猫打多啲卡补番数😍上网翻查小店原来提供 1 小时前预订服务，即叫即焗以保持拿破仑酥脆口感，打从心底里欣赏店主对食物质素嘅执著👍 店主一定要继keep 住呢团火🔥 令大家都有理由继续撑本地小店💪I was first attracted by the cat-themed decorations on the store window. I was first attracted by the cat-themed decorations on the store window. Then I discover the owner is specialized in making Napoleon of which I am a huge fan😍 There were many different flavors and I just randomly picked mango mini puff cube. The puff pastry was just average. The cream was too thick too, not achieving a smooth texture though. However the Lan Lan Cat funny cartoons and the unique accessories were very IGable. I realized the shop provides 1 hour advance order to achieve the most delicate layers of flakiness. Appreciate their commitment to quality! Keep it up👍
