Hakata Style Ramen. The pork broth is creamy and rich in flavour. The point that really stood out for me is that the soup body is light enough such that it makes you craving for more, one sip after another. Slurp slurp. The onsen egg is amazing and nicely done too. Noodle toughness is appropriate, for the big eaters, there is the option to add on another portion of noodles too!Prawn Miso Ramen. The broth offers a different twist compared to the Pork Broth. Prawn Miso Ramen. The broth offers a different twist compared to the Pork Broth. I really like the generous amount of the Sakura shrimps added. And if I didn’t mention earlier, the onsen egg is ONE whole egg, unlike some other ramen shops which might only put it half a piece.
Lobster Salad. Perfect appetizer before the tasty ramen. The lobster bits are of appropriate size and they are very chewy too. Roll it up with the seaweed and munch away!
Gyoza. These came as a set with the ramen and the lobster salad. Skin was nicely fried to a golden crisp and it wasn’t too thick. Amount of filings were appropriate and 4pcs perfect for sharing.
The full menu for reference.
It’s a nice little cosy shop. Value for money and quality ramen sets which wouldn’t burn a hole in your pocket. Highly recommended!
And with an eye for details, to my pleasant surprise, they offer high quality tempo tissue papersss~ this is definitely a major highlight for me, this is what I call going the extra mile~
