Although it was very hot today, my colleague and I would love to have some noodles with soup and the only and nearest choice we had was 谭仔... I ordered a clear soup noodles with cabbage and chicken.
They were quite considerate to separate and noodles so that the noodles won't get too soft when I arrived my office.
The chicken was a bit too rough and hard and the cabbage was a little bit over cooked as well, way too soft for me. However, what helped to level up is the clear but delicious soup and the noodles with the right softness and hardness, BEST texture!! Nice~~
