今日又返嚟我嘅饭堂食饭 虽然介绍咗好多次不过每次都有啲唔同嘅食品所以同大家讲 因为𠮶厨师成日都有惊喜畀我北海道酱油烧北寄贝肉质软骨 咸淡适中 鲜味浓厚加埋紫苏叶花 好香好味北海道鲛鲽鱼鱼边配酸汁啫喱极度油美 配上酸汁啫喱同埋紫苏叶花嘅一道嘅前菜 香滑 开胃烟熏𫚕鱼+𫚕鱼鱼腩我朋友就喜欢鱼生片 因为肉质鲜味 我就喜欢烟熏片 因为层次感丰满 但系两个都好好食北海道希灵鱼鲜甜无比 烟熏味更令到味感不一样安康鱼肝 连鱼皮好creamy嘅安康鱼肝酱 配爽脆的鱼皮 一啖放在口中 慢慢咀嚼 鱼肝香味夹杂著鱼皮的脆感 超级享受矶煮鲍鱼大大嚿放入口 口感一流 不单止鲜甜肥美 真系无与伦比车海老寿司刚刚煮出来的 大虾 还有点余温 夹杂著赤醋饭 再加上 厨师特登为我加了很多柚子皮在虾的内和外 加添柚子汁 真系好食到冇得顶鲭鱼棒寿司用脆脆的 紫菜包住一齐食 味道浓香 加上有酱汁啫喱面 好好食立鳞金鲷鱼 海鲜汤加蟹肉立鳞金鲷鱼已经是常常餐厅会煮的菜式 但是加了 海鲜浓汤和新鲜拆出来的蟹肉 甜上加甜 甜味三重奏 好有特色厚烧玉子唔好以为系蛋糕 一点面粉也有没有 这是鸡蛋和鱼溶的混合品 可惜只得一片下次一定要再食这
