Hashtag B和Bakehouse的蛋挞, 成了香港烘焙界的星级产品, 当然也受到旅客的热捧, 前者最著名的是焦糖千层挞, 但时机不对, 未能等到出炉的时间, 于是就点了最简单的酥皮蛋挞. 感觉还不错, 特别是蛋浆的蛋香度是我吃过其中一间最浓的, 没有加上焦糖, 反而更能吃到原味. 酥皮酥香爽脆, 略嫌不够结实, 咬起来有点松散.伯爵茶菠萝包并不算是相当新颖, 但茶香够甘, 中和了牛油的腻感, 上面层酥皮比蛋挞扎实, 下层面包的伯爵茶味也相当平均, 口感软熟, 当然比一般同类产品贵一点, 但也算是物有所值, 只是牛角酥内里的蜂蜜感不够, 有点空虚, 相比起来就没有那么吸引了.Hashtag B’s egg tarts and Earl Grey pineapple bun are popular among travelers. The Earl Grey pineapple bun had a sweet tea flavor that balanced out the buttery texture, with a solid top layer and evenly distributed tea flavor in the bottom layer. It’s a bit pricier than similar products, but still worth it. The only downside is that the honeycomb texture in the croissant was not strong enough.
