I’m hooked on these, delicious Warabi Mochi with a brown sugar sugar syrup! Warabi Mochi is of a slight soft and chewy texture but generally not super gooey. As it is made from sou bean powder, the taste is of a very slightly soy bean taste, overall, it’s a very refreshing dessert in taste and texture, rather than being over filling. In conjunction with the brown sugary syrup, it’s the perfect little pick me up on a busy work day, very delightful to eat.
I got these from the Wan Chai MTR, I know from experience not all branches from this store sells them, so remember to check out your nearest store!
