Was having dinner there with my friend and he found a 3cm-long black 🐛 on the second last piece of the lettuce, it was alive and moving it's body.... Then this Korean guy, the so called manager, came over to our table, standing there and staring at us without greeting no mentioning apology. So I went, you are aware what happened right?
❗He went, Did you see it in other dishes? We did wash the lettuce so there should not be a problem. Do you have photo to proof?❗
Obviously we were not in the mood to finish the food after this so we went to the cashier to settle the bill. And this time I learnt my lesson with this manager so I had my phone recording. I asked, so do you have a solution for this? The Korean manager responded, ❗Solution? There is no solution. How are you paying?❗
I took out my credit card and was about to tab the card, and my friend realized this guy put the number to be charged being ❗HKD95,500❗on his POS machine, we pointed it out and he realized this was under recording so he was trying to hold my hand and grab my phone❗
After we reached home this manager kept❗calling on the number we left for reservation with his mobile, and keep sending irritating msg on WhatsApp❗
Was this store manager a Maria or something? Cannot believe this is happening in HK❗
Now we have all the evidence ready for 👮🏻and FEHD investigation.
