☕️🍳如果你都钟意假日蒲Café，Cafe REVOL嘅咖啡同埋All day breakfast 一定唔会令你失望✨ 佢哋不论食具或装潢，都系行型格工业路线，最欣赏系佢哋食材非常新鲜，而且份量足够！首先讲吓咖啡，Nutty Dirty 味道香醇，一般饮Dirty好怕一嚟到啲奶同啡已经融合哂。但呢度嘅奶够thick，做到分层效果同口感，见到影咗咁耐啲啡同奶仲未blend哂就知😛佢哋嘅鸡蛋用咗日本顶级兰王鸡蛋 🍳色泽偏橙黄，蛋味浓郁炒得滑溜，而Sourdough面包够酸同软绵。个人觉得 Edinburg Cottage 较丰富同多sides，食完会有满足感，做brunch就啱哂！如果想食得light啲，就推介 Revol Special，多士有干果同果仁，香脆带甜，而且仲有细碗藜麦同埋杂果谷物乳酪，系健康之选。Egg Benedict配上muffin burger，连埋完熟牛油果同烟三文鱼好夹，而蛋嘅生熟到都控制得好。但自己唔太食生嘢，如果要拣会钟意之前两个All day多啲🤣◆Come visit Cafe REVOL for their freshly brewed coffee an

Come visit Cafe REVOL for their freshly brewed coffee and all day breakie as it certainly won’t disappoint you✨ Their dirty is rich and nutty, the coffee still stands up to the milk after a while hence you can first taste the hot and cold layers. Trust me, it’s sensational and sip after sip 😛
Carefully selected, their eggs are from Japan’s top notch farm 🍳 While the scrambled eggs are creamy and buttery, the buttered sourdough is slightly acidic, soft and moist. If you’re up for a satisfying brunch, Edinburg Cottage would be a great choice as the portion is large and there’re a lot sides. For those who’s up for a lighter meal, pick Revol Special which serves with quinoa and fruit yogurt. The egg Benedict was served with muffin burger, and it’s impeccable with smoked salmon and sliced avocado!
