我同朋友今日去咗食日本拉面-黑蒜浓厚山药豚骨拉面汤底有淡淡淮山味，几特别又唔会太浓。咸味非常适中，好啱好适合香港人的口味，味道适中。佢够豚肉都好腍一d都唔韧。-沾面系广岛蚝沾面🦪，有热辣辣嘅汤底，浓而不咸，又唔会太涩，啱啱好。蚝都算好大只好新鲜几鲜甜。-和风饺子🥟加咗沙律酱。饺子又唔会太大只啱啱好食落去一啖或者两啖就食完。-芝麻手羽鸡翼外边炸到好脆，又有少少哋嘅辣味I went with a friend to eat Japanese ramen today.- Black Garlic Rich Yam Tonkotsu Ramen：The broth has a subtle yam flavor, which is quite unique without being too heavy.
