6点后无得堂食，所以真嘅要把握时间weekend食个brunch同happy hour。呢间新开嘅 Honkytonks Tavern 喺正 Neighborhood 隔离，主打美式南部炸鸡。外脆内嫩嘅炸鸡，加上烤到香脆入面松软嘅窝夫，加200蚊仲有free flow，任饮澳洲红白气泡酒！Since we can't dine out after 6 for a while, we should just spend more for a nice brunch or go-all-out happy hour. Loved this newly opened country-style bar Honkytonks Tavern, specialising in Nashville hot chicken and freestyle thin-crust pizzas. The chicken & waffle was definitely the best one I have tried in Hong Kong - the chicken was super crispy and juicy, but the waffle was the star - amazingly fluffy. Just add HKD200 for the free flow with lovely lo-fi Aussie wine selections!
