As promised, I revisited Passion by Gerard Dubois! There are so many choices I couldn’t quite decide on which one to pick. It took me some time to settle with their Raspberry Mille Feuille. I tried their regular mille feuille earlier and absolutely fell in love with it so I decided to try this other flavour.再战Passion by Gerard Dubois饼店!甜点选择太多了,在挑的时候挣扎了一会儿,终于决定要千层酥!之前吃过普通味道的,所以今次想要试试桑莓味。The pastry is still good with lots of crispy layers. 酥皮一样的脆,一样的松化,不过没有焦糖味的忌廉,只有吉士,略嫌淡口(我觉得焦糖跟桑莓不是太配,但大概可以加点果酱甚么的令味道更浓更有层次感一点),而且桑莓不是特别鲜甜,比起超级好吃的焦糖千层酥,这个口味令我有点失望。下次还是要点焦糖味的!
