Like last time, we ordered exactly the same items to try and see if there would be any differences.
The lobster salad arrived first, as always. I had to say that the salad dressing for the crayfish paste was really delicious. The seaweed was crispy too. I liked this appetizer.

As always our ramen were served at the same time. Were they trained specifically on this? Hakata Style Ramen Set offered a soft-boiled egg in addition to the snack. The soft-boiled egg was perfectly sweet and soft. The soup was so clear and delicious. The noodles were thin although it might not please those who loved al dente noodles. I liked the crispy black fungi slices which enhanced the texture of the ramen. We added loads of white sesaｍe to the ramen at our own service.

Like last time, the Prawn Miso Ramen was even way better. The soup was simply great with rich flavor of prawns and loads of small sakura prawns. This ramen was different from the other with a lot of sweet corn instead of black fungi slices, yet the sweet corns also helped enhance the texture of the ramen.
As expected, the pan-fried dumplings arrived last as they were freshly made. The wrapping was sufficiently thin and a little bit crispy.

There were some spicy bean sprouts on the side which were really really spicy. Please help yourselves.
We finished all the soup and didn't feel thirsty afterwards. I am glad that they could keep up the standard of the ramen, and especially the prawn miso ramen!
The biggest surprise of the meal: each of us got a free mask and wet wipe from the ramen bar! How nice of them!
