平时去长沙湾广场都只系想凉下冷气,打个白鸽转,点知前排经过3楼发现开咗好多新餐厅,其中有一间日式居酒屋好吸睛,装修得好有格调,好似去咗日本深夜食堂嘅feel,于是趁朋友生日决定去chill吓。成间餐厅环境唔大,我哋被安排坐喺吧枱。一坐到去就俾咗牛蒡茶我哋饮,啱晒而家春天要去湿,好贴心。佢有好多cocktail拣,店员推介我哋试青い,混合咗vodka, 荔枝同埋菠萝汁,成个感觉好Fresh,外表都好打卡-able👍🏻我哋叫咗两款佐酒小食,分别系鳕鱼片、炸池鱼仔。两款都炸得好爽口,配上特别调制嘅酱汁,一啖接一啖唔想停。店员推介我哋食味椒盐鲍鱼,一上到枱已经闻到好大浸香味,咬落去完全唔觉得韧,而且好入味!主菜我哋就叫咗芝士甲罗烧蟹肉意粉,呢道菜绝对系今餐嘅亮点,蟹膏鲜甜甘香,再加埋好Creamy嘅意粉,我同个friend系咁争食😂😂大力推介👍🏻最后我哋仲食咗花生酥作为甜品,劲浓厚嘅花生味,而且一咬入口即溶,估唔到喺日式居酒屋可以食到呢种甜品。下次一定会encore👏🏻
