The Kyukyoku sashimi don was sumptuous. We asked for only a thin layer of rice so that we can aim to finish all the food we ordered. The mentaiko omelete was so good. The egg was very soft.The 2 rolls we ordered were both mouthwatering: flounder with shrimp rolls with uni on top, and marinated salmon with deep fried shrimps rolls. The fried chicken cartilage with uni sauce was good while the uni flavour in the sauce wasn’t as obvious as I thought it would be.
The Hiroshima oysters with mashed potato underneath were excellent! Both were flavourful and the oysters also had crispy periphery.
We’ve got so full and they are also doing a 15% promotion on sakes. Will definitely come back to try more items.
