前排系咁打边炉又食麻甩野,好耐无食过精致西餐,见到呢间系湾仔嘅hEat有个都算抵食嘅二人餐,龙虾、蚝、鹅肝呢D高级食材都齐哂,一共有8个courses, 就book左位黎试下~~Crab and lobster bisque- 龙虾汤唔系极creamy个种质地,唔会太腻,而且个味系做到极浓郁,好快俾我清哂XDTuna steak- 呢个好有惊喜,唔系好多西餐可以食到,里面仲keep到粉嫩,加埋个芒果莎莎酱好fresh,份量都唔少Oysters- 呢个dish加左芝士同菠菜焗特别creamy,好香口,仲有D岩盐可以沾黎食衬托返个鲜味Foie gras- 呢个鹅肝好好食!而且配搭都好特别,系加左只温泉蛋,令鹅肝食落口会更加嫩滑,而且个sauce系port wine caramel,个甜香令到成件事唔会太油Seasonal clams- 啲蚬粒粒都好大只,唔同平事ge白汁,呢度用左lemongrass同南姜做个酱料,感觉似西泰fushionWhole lobster- 龙虾黎啦!!!呢道菜系配搭左cous cous非洲小米,个龙虾啖啖肉45-day dry aged greater Omah

- 呢个睇相都知好食,striploin系牛嘅前腰脊,无筋得黎熟度刚好,十分出色

最后紧系需要甜品wrap up,分别有心太软同lemon sorbet tart,两个都唔错,样靓又好食
