Gwailo Guillaume: Ouh la la, what a pleasure to have finally experienced Le Moment. Noddy and I live a few streets away and it was highly recommended by some of our friends. Given I am French and the name of this place is French, we tried to go for many occasions but we always ended up in front of a "closed" sign (tears ). So just be careful as the Open Rice opening hours are not so accurate. The third attempt was the charm, it was finally open! Without a doubt, what we discovered were the

Le Moment 真系一间十分吊瘾的餐厅，因为佢嘅opening hour 仲难估过威尼斯人嘅赌枱，从来都唔知佢开几点同埋开唔开㗎！有好几次试过跟住openrice嘅opening hour去都系摸门钉，有或者太夜唔serve dessert (11点倒)，不过我地都系会好有恒心地不停尝试，因为佢嘅甜品真系好_好食！

Rating- Noddy: 9, Gui: 9.5Noddy: 劲大pat cream下面系流心朱古力蛋糕，非常聪明地用碗装住解决咗平时d朱古力流心流到成碟都系嘅问题，食到尾可以用羹"毕"埋入口，唔洗o徙!
旁边的especial coffee食之前倒埋入去! 哗!! 内外都"流心"嘅流心朱古力蛋糕呀!!
cream+cake+especial+朱古力的味道非常复杂饱满，朱古力味亦超浓!! 劲正!!
Gui: WoW, this one is creative and delicious. You get some whip cream and chocolate cake, with a shot of expresso that you pour yourself on top. I love it for its creativity, mixture of diary, chocolate and coffee, and very fresh sensation. Strongly recommended choice!
Rating- Noddy: 10, Gui: 10Noddy: 老板话所有dessert都系落order即做的，呢个cheesecake 非常热辣辣!! 味道有d似日本的chessecake, 芝士味浓而不漏! 最正系个texture, 超fluffy!! 有d似souffle嘅口感！一个人食两个都ok!!
Gui: In other restaurants, I often skip ordering cheesecake despite being one of my favourite desserts simply because it's often plain and boringly tastes the same regardless of where you are in the world. At Le Moment, they make it with white chocolate and bake it to roast the top. Be careful it's boiling when served but how surprisingly creative and unique! Of course, they still keep atraditional touch by serving delicious raspberry jam on the side. I simply love it! You cannot leave Le Moment without trying one.
Rating- Noddy: 7.5, Gui:Noddy: 有系热辣辣的，食得出系新鲜梨做的，不过朱古力有d太抢味，crumble亦好多，个人不太喜欢咁干身的甜品。
Gui: This was the dissapointing one, but it may due to the fact that the other ones were so yummy and creative that this felt too "normal" in comparison. Although its name "Baked Pear Chocolate Crumble" suggests that there are pears as ingredient, you can barely taste them. It may be overpowered by the chocolate. All in all, it is not a bad dessert but simply not spectacular like the two previous ones were. This may be your choice is you are a "safe and traditional" person

总结 conclusion: If you do get the frustration of getting there once or twice and facing a "closed" sign, please give it another try. This is the best dessert place I've been in months and think it is quite dangerous for my weight that I live nearby!
