Regular patron of this outlet as I live in the vicinity.As usual on a Saturday, went to buy breakfast (takeaway) at 9.48am (pls see receipt) with a queue number of 214. Proceeded to the collection counter and shocked that the supervisor (with a strong PuTongHua accent) was extremely slow in packing. When I was there, she nearly coping with order 199. She seems to be all over the place and as the crowd gets bigger, the problem escalated. Apparently she is unproductive and needs a lot of help.Afte

Proceeded to the collection counter and shocked that the supervisor (with a strong PuTongHua accent) was extremely slow in packing. When I was there, she nearly coping with order 199. She seems to be all over the place and as the crowd gets bigger, the problem escalated. Apparently she is unproductive and needs a lot of help.
After 20mins, at 10.08am, she is still packing with nowhere near my queue number of 214. I have approached the cashier for a refund as I find it ridiculous to wait so long (maybe 45mins) to reach number 214. For the record, the cashier was courteous and helpful, she offered to pack my food. But I was shocked that the supervisor said NO as she is in control and clearly looked lost! At the same time, I have declined the offer of jumping queue to have my food packed as there are still a number of customers in front of me.
This outlet only offers me convenience as it's near my place, and a friendly/helpful cashier. But they have lost a customer in me. Of course they will not close down just because of me, but this type of service level will not go far.
I hope more patrons go and try for themselves and post your reviews to alert other would-be customers.
