出色,Cauliflower risotto味道突出,加上salty duck egg既咸香,味道出色。
Lamb rack 用kaffir lime,waterchestnut 同fu yu,菜式本想营做羊腩煲的味道,奈何羊肉质不太出色而腐乳泡沫也软淡味,对食尽羊腩煲的香港人黎讲,完全不合格,而且羊腩煲系冬天好似夹小小,系酷热天气警告之下再食羊腩煲好似有啲唔配合。
总体而言,味道普通,份量刚够果腹,真是轻食。如果要个体面环境可选这里,如果追求味道或饱肚,有更多好味且高性价比既选择系观塘。
