今次要介绍嘅系由张锦祥全新推出嘅午餐豚肉，以加拿大豚肉腩原粒豚肉入馔，相对一般午餐肉更有嚼劲。午餐豚肉分别有原味同麻辣味，适合唔同嘅菜式，现时可于 C!ty'Super 或一田购买。Ricky Cheung has recently launched the new luncheon meat, which uses Canadian pork belly. 午餐豚肉南瓜沙律伴印度脆片
印度脆片配上南瓜沙律同煎香嘅午餐豚肉一同进食，南瓜嘅甜正好衬托午餐豚肉嘅咸，而沙律又正好衬托脆片同午餐豚肉嘅脆，形成好好嘅平衡。
The Indian crisp is served with pumpkin salad and luncheon pork. It has a great balance as the sweetness of the pumpkin complements the saltiness of the luncheon meat, while the softness of salad complements the crispness of the luncheon meat.

午餐豚肉浸泡于罗宋汤中仍不失嚼劲，带子则质感爽弹，配上罗宋汤本身微辛嘅味道颇为搭配。
The luncheon meat remains its chewiness even in the Russian Borscht. It matches well with the spicy flavour of the borscht itself.
