呢排restaurant week 推出咗 winners’ edition, meat the sea 系选为 popular valued restaurant,质素果然无令我失望。三个 course 晚餐 set 每人只系298,劲抵食头盘要左:3 x French Fine De Claire Oysters 🦪Oyster 新鲜好味,所以我哋另外再追加咗多一set 😋同埋 Tuna Tatki With Sesame Seeds Soy Sauce And Wasabi - Tuna tataki 系日式路线,将 tuna 外层轻轻烤过~可以同时品尝到生同熟既两种口味,肉质嫩而且香气十足~(不过配虾片我觉得有小小古怪haha...所以冇乜点食啲虾片)同埋加左个lobster soup 同样精彩。lobster soup 除咗龙虾肉仲有蚬同埋青口,重点系个汤底好鲜美!呢个好推介要加!Main Courseutch Clams And Mussels in A Creamy Garlic Sauce With Vegetables And Fries🐚虽然又系蚬同青口,但系

虽然又系蚬同青口,但系啲海鲜高质所以唔会闷。而且个汁冇得顶,够 creamy 得嚟唔济,用嚟点啲薯条一流。连入面一齐煮既菜都好好食,全部清晒~
睇啲个粉红色就知对办,试咗少少,肉味十足而且口感都嫩~唔错!估唔到连扒都有水准~

个Panatone食落唔知点解有酒味(可能因为有啲干果?)不过我哋问左啦,整既时候系无落酒,今铺真系酒不醉人人自醉啦~唔会太甜,做 ending 亦够晒满足
无聊小插曲:之后走嘅时候沿住荷李活道向前行,发现冇几远原来仲有一间佢哋嘅食材零售店,之后又见返头先煮嘢食嘅大厨仲同我哋 say hi 😂 劲搞笑。自家有食材source 唔怪得啲价钱都够贴地👍🏻
