🍜Shoyu Hamaguri Soup Ramen 贝汁酱油拉面 HKD 128————Tried this a while back and can still remember how disappointed I was. The broth was quite salty and oily, and had none of that refreshing sweet briny seafood flavour I was expecting. Much prefer the seafood broth by Maru De Sankaku, although it’s quite pricey. 令人失望的拉面，汤底太咸太油腻，食唔出海鲜嘅鲜甜， 唔会再访。
