Never knew that 川菜 can be that fresh & tasty!My HK friend Cat insisted that I must try out the speciality from this restaurant. She says that it is best to make reservation first. Without reservation? I am sure they used freshwater fish & it does not taste muddy at all!
It's definitely worth a try!
