I just had a bad experience for the take away service. I placed the order with 2 large pizzas at 6:06, the staff told me to leave the message and will call me when it is ready. I came over around 6:45 to see if it is ready, when I saw there are 2 boxes, I guess the order is mine. Then I asked the staff if my order is ready, but she asked if I had received the call. I said no, she just asked me to wait for the call but didn’t check if those boxes are belong to mine. Finally, I waited for 10 mins
