may 4, 13...........3人来lunch.........叫咗 : 1) bread basket (免费)-d面包又好似少咗d㖞...........每人得1个-唔热,正常咁啦2) allegrini pinot grigio (hk$55)-我建议大家饮番杯-因为唔肯定喜欢边款.........侍应很好斟咗2款比友人们试酒-最后佢哋嘅口味喺每人1款3) sauvignon blanc (hk$60)4) chateau la pierriere bordeaux blanc (hk$65)-我今日忽然想饮红酒-随意拣咗呢款-易入口,唔太酸,顺喉,ok的5) baby spinach & strawberries (hk$68)-aged balsamic dressing-叫呢款少见嘅组合,又健康-除咗bb菠菜外,仲有其他西洋salad菜,全部很新鲜-士多啤梨都ok多-个黑醋汁小"杰",带点甜味,所以唔会单1得个醋味-几醒胃嘅头盘6) truffle spaghetti (hk$168)-mixed mushroom, artisanal pasta-上枱时热气呼呼

-叫呢款少见嘅组合,又健康
-除咗bb菠菜外,仲有其他西洋salad菜,全部很新鲜
-士多啤梨都ok多
-个黑醋汁小"杰",带点甜味,所以唔会单1得个醋味
-几醒胃嘅头盘 6) truffle spaghetti (hk$168)
-mixed mushroom, artisanal pasta
-上枱时热气呼呼,所以紧喺要食咗佢先啦
-炒得橄榄油嘅香气冒升,而truffle味亦很出,相信+咗truffle oil
-d杂菇都很浓菇味
-意粉唔算有咬口,不过亦唔喺腍 7) braised pork belly flat bread (hk$118)
-fresh avocado, tomato salsa, pickled cauliflower, gorgonzola hand rolled yogurt flat bread
-呢个配料好丰盛,多到"遮"住咗主角 - pork belly
-因为佢同意粉1齐到,食得意粉嚟,呢个就变成室温
-未能喺第1刻享用
-pork belly唔算好肥,肉松,juicy
-仲有咁多材料,又牛油果粒,番茄粒同小腌过嘅椰菜花
-味道丰富,不过始终无咗热度,很逊色 8) basket of baked to order madelines (hk$68)
-又到甜品时间,特别钟意d即叫即焗嘅甜品
-等咗有20 mins,见到篮madelines卖相好靓,咁都喺值得嘅
-还暖热,热气飘来已闻到柠檬味
-有蛋糕趁热食,快d启动
-个边位脆身,蛋糕松化,柠檬味温和,甜度不高,闻落香蛋味
-上次去同线嘅liberty priviate works都食过佢嘅madelines...........但今次比上次质素好
-beautifully made
-对佢嘅dessert chef有信心,所以共叫咗4个甜品 9) earl grey creme brulee (hk$68)
-vanilla bean ice cream
-佢嘅糖面明显脆身,burnt得颜色金黄,带点焦
-底下嘅custard很出茶味,质感喺少runny,自然好滑啦.........喺出色嘅效果 10) chocolate delice (hk$68)
-earl grey ice cream, chilli seeds
-呢个有好多唔同嘅组合,有朱古力mousse蛋糕,茶味雪糕同chilli seeds
-但味道又唔喺想像中咁丰富,整体无之前𠮶2款甜品咁gd
-因为个朱古力mousse喺牛奶朱古力,朱古力味唔浓,而棒子味又唔出
-另外chilli seeds又无唛味 11) crispy pan seared cheesecake (hk$68)
-strawberry ice cream
-叫来这个甜品纯粹想见识吓点将cheesecake pan seared到脆身效果
-原来叫喺包住酥皮啫
-cut落去,外表好酥松,入口薄身,唔油,酥皮层有质素
-不过里面嘅芝士蛋糕似喺german cheesecake,带点粉口感,个人麻麻
-旁边嘅士多啤梨煮过,当然腍身,带少甜
-相对哋只喺普通,ok啦
题外话/补充资料:
* 祝友人生日快乐
* 餐厅weekend只提供brunch menu...........严格嚟讲即喺a la carte.............在订位要求email个brunch menu嚟睇吓............佢都好快手就e到比我............当日由1pm开始慢慢多人...........后来呢层full晒...........上1层无open...........而且仲好多人叫hamburger连薯条添..........下次要试吓喺咪咁gd先
