叫了一碟豉椒鹅肠，硬到根本一件也不能吃。向侍应反映，不能改也不能换，原因只是因为已吃了两件青红椒的缘故，侍应拒绝任何跟进。向收银反映，同样地支吾以对。乳鸽亦烧得太久，干得不能再干。这样的食物质素，加上这样的服务态度，令食客很难过也很沮丧。原本预备一试，再考虑预订寿宴，这样绝对也不会再去了。The quality of the food is bad, the service is even worse. No one is willing to address and take responsibility, it is one of the worst dinner experiences I have had in Hong Kong. Very upsetting and disturbing to visit this restaurant and I do not recommend anyone to give it a try.
