Been loving risotto lately, creamy with soft al dente texture, their risotto also had a unique aroma of Parmesan and sage which I really enjoyed👍🏻

I used to always get risotto rice that are just way too al dente (basically too hard, chewy and dry) due to the rice being undercooked and that really put me off risotto for a while. But recent experience has rekindled my love for risotto, creamy and satisfying without being too dense or meaty, might start ordering risottos more regularly in the future!
