第一次食心甜,可能因为宵夜时分,完全唔洗等位。叫左我一向最钟意既法式炖蛋Crème brûlée,朋友叫左龙眼玉露,贪佢够新奇,第二度未食过。龙眼玉露唔洗2分钟已经到左,哗好唔掂!个甜水底系有d“益益地”(坏左咁既味)既奶味,d龙眼既味亦都好奇怪,食左两啖既感觉系:算啦唔好勉强自己。同朋友就有得佢啦。唔洗无耐,我最爱既Crème brûlée到左啦!对Crème brûlée甚有研究,食尽港九新界好味Crème brûlée既我好期待,一黎梗系要“敲”下佢先啦!点知,都系失望。唔单止面个块焦糖一d都唔脆,入面仲好冻冰冰..........问一问Waiter,佢解释:“呢个系冻食。” 无奈。系既我系知道有冻食,但Crème brûlée最好味之处系个蛋焗完后保持暖暖地、或保持室温,再加上个焦糖脆脆地咁先好味。就算入面系冻冻地,用火枪烧个面个时,入面都应该有少少暖,而唔系完全冰冻。睇返呢间野之前都有用户Kalawb指出唔明点解Crème brûlée个心系frozen,佢既comment我系十分十分之认同,引用返呢位用户既食评:“Never could have imagined to h

系既我系知道有冻食,但Crème brûlée最好味之处系个蛋焗完后保持暖暖地、或保持室温,再加上个焦糖脆脆地咁先好味。就算入面系冻冻地,用火枪烧个面个时,入面都应该有少少暖,而唔系完全冰冻。

Asked the chef, he explained that this is the authentic way to do creme brûlée.... Whatelse I could say! There is a difference between chilled custard and frozen custard, please do try to listen to a customer's comment if she paid for a dessert that she didn't take a second bite.........”
完全指出我既心声呀.......... 好小可会上openrice打野,但真系未试过食甜品食唔晒走人,所以要上黎警惕世人。绝对唔会食第二次。
